The Coy family looks very familiar. Is it possible that they were on a previous TV show? Could it possibly be Meet My Folks? We did a search on that particular show and there is one episode that seems quite possible.

I have always thought that. I think the parents of both parties are plants I like this show but it seems way to unbelievable for me
