The camera my girlfriend sold me is too precise! I can't dumb down the pictures enough to post on OT(no offense, really ).
How can I still use this übercamera? To many freaking pixels! I need a blurry one.
Reducing the size in paint doesn't work. Well, maybe if it's teensy teensy weensie.

Open them in Paint then use the re-size function.

Reduce them by percent and save them (UNDER A NEW FILE NAME).

Keep checking the file's size and repeat the reduction process until small enough.

In some photo software when you save the jpg you can select the quality, some even tell you how many kb the final file will be.

You may need to resize so the photo won't blow the margins on the thread, but sometimes reducing the quality can help make it small enough to upload.

If none of the software on your computer will do that, and you don't want to download anything there are some web based services.

http://www.webresizer.com/ is an example google coughed up.

Cool resizer, I know Pixlr, GIMP, PicMonkey as well as photo watermark software(http://www.watermark-software.com/) are all good picture resizer, the last one is a batch resizer, GIMP needs add-on to make it.

Phabulous online image editor.

I just took this 1600x1200 @442K image and shrunk it down to 560x420 @61K

And don't I look happy about it.
