OK, the sheet metal man came to site this morning. He found out from Lillian's significant other that she was in the finals against Sandra. Supposedly Lillian was absolutely sure she would not win because Sandra had made no enemies on the show.
The Sheet Metal man did place a $5000.00 bet on Lillian on another on line betting site. He also said he has re-bet $20,000.00 on Sandra on another site but the odds are now lower.

I will find out very soon how much the "sheet metal man" won.

The Sardine Man bet $1000.00 at 5 to 1 on Sandra last September. American Dollars of course. That means I will get about $6500.00 Can. Las Vegas here I come. Thanking the Sheet Metal Man.

Naw, just liked the skyscape of Calgary as compared to the boring ol' flatlands of southern Ontario. There's still some of the cowboy spirit in me, even if I've been in Ontario for five years now.

So, now we know what happened with the bets on Sandra from the Vancouver area -- and it had nothing to do with Sandra at all.

I'm debating running a news story about it, but I'm not sure I want to drag us (or, for that matter, King Oscar) into the middle of this.
