The show did not mention this but Brandy Collins, Ahmeds ex fiance is a part time wrestler.

She is no longer with Ahmed.

Can you say Loooosssseerrrr!

Brandy Collin's Birth-name is Randy Collinger. You figure it out.

PS. The girl you saw Brandy Collins with sitting at the fights is now engaged to Brandy. Go figure. Notice she did not leave the show with the

For some reason your link isn't working.

Try this one:

... but the ladies in that picture look nothing like Ahmed's fiance (or ex-fiance) so I'm not sure that is her.

I had to laugh at his fiancee's facial expression while he was getting pounded on in the ring.
She had this "He's blowing all this money, how pathetic" look.
Not a look of concern for him or his well-being.

Anybody else notice that?

I couldn't help- but laugh.

Of course, she came off as being completely materialistic and shallow to began with. She always brought up winning and money.
She even "joked" around that she wasn't going to marry him if he didn't win the fight (and, I assume, the million could potentially come with it.)
You could tell this got him a little mad, like "you scanless b*tch", but she checked herself right away and played the "Aww, baby. You know I'm only kidding" card (always accompanied, of course, with a nice, sweet kiss.)
(Woman are good at that. Men, don't fall for it. Press the issue. Always press the issue.)

He fell for it, like most men do, and was all lovey-dovey again.

Maybe it's for the best.

They deserve one another.

I actually liked Ahmed. He was funny as hell. He did back up his talk.
I thought the fight was close. Ahmend certainly gave Ishe a pounding, too.

You need these type of characters in life to keep things interesting. He brought color to the show.
He actually seems like a cool guy to kick it with.

I just think, like Prince Hamed, he's a performer. He loves to entertain. And with a national television audience watching, he was playing it to the hilt. He knew he had a forum...and it was "showtime".

Oh she was awful. maybe she taught him the wrestling moves he was practicing in the ring. Thought it spoke volumes when she didn't go into the changeroom with him.

Let's keep in mind that the edited has a lot to do with how the show pans out! The girl was shown in the dressing room with Ahmed before the fight. I don't think it is fair to say she wasn't there afterwards...we just don't know that. She very well could have gone into the dressing room afterwards but it didn't make the show.

Oh dont worry....Ahmed had plenty of company with himself and his reflection in the mirror. You'd think THEY were engaged with the number of loving looks he gave himself hahahahahahaha!

Um...did you watch the same fight I watched? Ahmed got his ass handed to him on a silver platter! AyaK posted the judges score card here and one judge gave Ahmed one round where as the other two judges gave every round to Ishe!

Hello superbad welcome to the forum.
I agree with volsfan. Ahmed won the first round. The rest went to Ishe.
I watched the fight again last night on CNBC. The fight was an all out war.
You have to give Ishe credit for sticking to a game plan. He worked Ahmed's body and that is why Ahmed had no facial scars. Ahmed was just all over the ring trying to do what ever he could to frustrate Ishe. There was no rhyme or reason to Ahmed's technique (if you can call it that) There was no method to his madness.
This just shows you the level of skill Ishe has. Ahmeds antics would of took a less seasond fighter right out of his game plan.
Ishe is a wicked boxer. You can't take anything away from Ishe in the ring.
And as far as Ahmed's girl friend being a wrestler, I made that whole story up. I was looking for Brandy Collins pictures and found none. But there is a wrestler named Brandy Collins.
I thought I had read that Ahmed's girl was a model.

Thanks for the warm welcome, contender.
I definitely agree with you. The body shots were definitely getting to Ahmed. In fact, I thought at one point they wre going to take him down.

volsfan- You have to remember this is edited (this is going to be a redundant point on all these topics lol)
But Ahmed certainly landed his share of punches on Ishe. If he hadn't have given almost as much as he took, Ishe would've run right over him.
Ishe may have done well on the scorecards, but there is such a thing in boxing called the "competitive one-sided fight."
It looked like a genuine bad-blood war.

I believe Ahmed is a better boxer, technique-wise, than he shouwed. I just think Ishe's mind game worked on him and he just went in there to knock him out.

Usually guys who talk a lot fold fairly fast after realizing they are in a fight. Ahmed took his pounding but never quit and was there throwing at the end.

I should have welcomed you to the forums...WELCOME!

I totally understand what you are saying about the editing. I have seen it all to often on the reality shows I watch.

However, I think it is telling that the judges that saw the entire match gave it to Ishe hands down! There were 5 rounds with 3 judges and the tally was 14-1 in favor of Ishe!

I too understand the "competitiveness" of a match but why in the heck would MB (Mark Burnette) edit out parts of a match that would make the match more competitive...if from your perspective it was a close match.

IMHO...it wasn't close and the judges that saw the entire match feel the same way too! I think the show was edited to make the match look closer than what it was.

wazup guys...I enter to see if it was true about Ahmeds girl...after i saw the pics I started laughin cuz it aint her. heheh At first Ahmed seems kind of annoying, but you'll be surprised. He grew on me and now I think he is funny as hell. I aint gonna say he is not cocky but that's what makes him so funny. I like hanging out with him. And his girl is cool too...she is very down to earth, and trust me...she doesn't need Ahmeds money...belive me when I tells ya that she is with him cuz she loves him. Here is a picture of them two at The Contender Premier on monday march 7. they are very happy and the engagment is still on

No doubt, he's funny as hell. He reminds me of "Prince" Naseem.
I know how a lot of people could think he's an arrogant punk, but I think he has just enough pizazz to make him likeable.

If you wanna sum it up, that dodgeball scene where he's making them all miss like crazy is a classic example of what I'm talking about.
That sh*t had me LMAO!!!

It figures a guy like that could pull that sh*t off like he did. It's in his personality.

I'm definitely gonna pull for him.

(I still can't get over that look on his girl's face, though. She just didn't seem too concerned about his well-being. Like she thinks it's ping-pong they're playing in there.)

volsfan- I think it was a pretty good fight. The crowd seemed to think it was. I know the scorecards were one-sided, but that doesn't mean it was a landslide. Ishe looked like he'd been in a fight.
But I understand your point about the editing making it seem closer for entertainment purposes.
I wish they'd let us check out the entire fights on their site or something. That way us true fans could have something to really analyze (and subsequently debate.)

Oh, and thank you also for the welcome. I don't like to mess with forums that much anymore (cuz' they take up so much of my damn time lol) but I do like one w/ a cool atmosphere. I plan on sticking around for a while.

(BTW Does your name insinuate being a "Tennessee" fan?)

Alphonso- I like your heart, guy. That was some inspirational sh*t. I like that total belief in yourself you have. I was talking to some peeps and I told them that you were fed to the dogs early, had the tougher fights, but that gave you the edge over Manfredo.
You had better quality experience.

I never had an easy one myself. Nobody ever gave me nothing and they ain't starting anytime soon.
So I identify with that sh*t.
Much respect.

Come on....! That's not her...LOL!

I heard that she SUPPORTS him financially....he lives with her and she pays for everything....ewwwww!

He said that Stallone wished he was his son...hahahahahaha.....in his wet dreams!!!

I hope Ishe knocked some sense into him because my guess is that people in this world will go out of their way to barricade any chance of success.

If Brandy really dumped him, good for her.

Hey Superbad...I like the one who 'WINS'...Not the LOSERRRRR...! Besides, there is too much competition for any woman with his ongoing love affair with the mirror!

"RE: Did you guys know?"
Posted by Superbad on 04-02-05 at 04:42 PM
Playing hard to get, eh?

In any case those are some pretty mean things to say, especially the "loser(rrrr)" tag. (I'm sure you mean that just for Ahmed and not Jonathan and the others, right?)

You could be Ahmed's "mirror." I believe your beauty would be a reflection of the inner beauty that you feel lies within him.

It would be a perfect match. Let me know and I'll see what I can do.

Wow...sounds like I struck a nerve?

I was specifically referring to the fight between Ishe and Ahmed. The better man won. If Ahmed would have kept his classless comments, actions and antics from viewers, maybe a whole lot more people would have felt sorry that he exited the show. And judging by the numerous comments on the message boards, many others share my sentiments.

Maybe you should examine yourself more closely in the mirror, my friend, instead of making your unfounded judgements and conclusions towards a stranger, basically looking like a hypocrit.

Boy, he's lucky to have a little guard dog like you on his side.

Struck a nerve?
Not even lol!!!

I was saying all that stuff in a joking around kind of way. How could you even spot a hint of anger in there?

"Maybe you should examine yourself more closely in the mirror, my friend, instead of making your unfounded judgements and conclusions towards a stranger, basically looking like a hypocrit."

What judgements and conclusions did I make in my rather short post? None towards you to be sure. Point them out, please.
Man, did I strike a nerve?

(And actually I was trying to hit on you with the "beauty in the mirror" prose. I see it failed...but that should tell you there was no animosity involved whatsoever.)

Anyhow, I could care less if Ahmed won. Jonathan was my guy.

Guard dog?

I'm more like a German Shepard, mixed with pitbull...(If you catch my drift )

To be fair, Ishe was the one who started the smack-talk when Ahmed was sparring.

There's a couple of interesting articles on realityTVabout.com
or something like that. If you go to Google and type in
"Ahmed vs. Ishe: The Feud Is Still On" you'll be able to
access it. It gives some pretty interesting insight to the story and to why Ahmed says some of the things he does.

He was one funny mofo, I had to admit. The dodgeball scene was classic. I mean, c'mon, that didn't bring just a little bit of a smile to your lips...?
Just a little...?

Here's a question for you. Does anyone know if Brandy Collins has ever gotten naked on film, or in a magazine?
