Has anyone read the latest lost journal? Someone knows they are holding Balloon guy in the hatch and it is her/his brother. Just go to ABC's Offical Lost site.(Bebo, sorry if this is somewhere else)

I've heard several theories about who would call Henry "brother" (Eko, Desmond, even Libby), but I think that it is one of the Others/Dharma. I think so because of in "Maternity Ward", Ethan says, "We're a good family." So, if they consider themselves a family, and Henry is an Other (which he is!), then any of the Others would possibly consider Henry their brother.
