1. Acquire the most powerful stone grinder available on the commercial market.2. Insert rock into grinder. Do not turn the machine off until the rock has been brought to a fine powder.
3. Measure powder into increments of no more than ten grams each.
4. Once per day, place one increment of powder into thick liquid. (Milkshakes will work here.) Drink quickly.
5. Repeat until entire rock is consumed.
Optionally, stone soup.

I think it would be the responsible thing to do to post instructions on how to pass said rock after it has accumulated the dust in the lower intestine and reconstituted the rock. Literally, how to S#*t a Brick.
