And, no, we're not talking about that Abba guy. Mamma mia.

It's amazing how, considering the two Roadblocks they had and all the travel they did in Leg 1, it seemed to be that abacus that was the lynchpin. Teams seemed to either shoot ahead or fall way behind based on this task, with Rob & Sheila getting turned around (and ultimately eliminated). It's kind of a shame too since, I had actually seen that Lumberjack Feud show when I was in Pidgeon Forge, TN earlier this year.

Never Trust a James

Overall, we ended up having 34 players so far this season, which is a bit of a smaller group than usual, but definitely is still a great turn-out. And a big welcome to our first-time players as well!

Week 1 was a surprisingly tough week overall, mostly due to Jaymes/James' poor 10th place finish. They were an extremely popular team to wager on, so they sent several players back quite a bit. Luckily, we're only in Week 1, so there is a ton of time to claw back from a rocky start. We also had some really excellent scores in Week 1, nailing the Abbie/Ryan or Amy/Daniel picks.

Next week, we'll start the weekly Greatest Gainer and Perfect Bet awards.

As you can see, flipxcyd has the early lead, but have many folks right up behind, nipping at his heels. Should be an interesting game!

Max Individual Bet - 15 points

Max Individual Bets!

Like in previous seasons, this game is going to be a Limit Game. That means that all bets this year will have a limit cap called the max individual bet. The Max Individual Bet is the maximum amount that a player may wager on a specific team. This week, it's a 15 point limit.

Now, if you have more than 15 points, you can still use them all. You just can't bet them all on one team. You could theoretically bet the max on one team and then bet whatever's leftover on someone else. It's just one individual bet can't exceed 15 points.
