Semhar Tadesse -- the first person booted from this season of "Survivor" -- was arrested Thursday on suspicion of DUI, TMZ has learned.Law enforcement sources tell us, 25-year-old Semhar ran a red light in L.A. and was pulled over. We're told officers caught a whiff of alcohol from the vehicle ... and decided to administer a field sobriety test.
