"“Be The Survivor”: S23- Sign Up Thresd"

This season of Survivor has snuck (or is it "sneaked"?) up on me, but it’s time to whip up a batch of buttered popcorn with caramel and chocolate covered snark and dive right in. Kingfish and suzzee are on high alert and I’ve asked tribe to design the siggies.

The Cast is listed below. Please request a character (or Snuffer, or animal, or HII; hell, we’re very accepting of cosplay here) and suggest your own tagline. (I should mention that tribe reserves the right to modify taglines for brevity, good taste or legal reasons.)

You don’t want to miss out. We’ve got Hantz 2.0, the return of Coach and Ozzy, a gas passer, a Playboy cover model, not to mention a job description that I’ve often used myself… “Model/Actress/Poet” (don’t ask, it was part of a Dateline sting.)

It’s going to be fun, but it’s better when you’re in it.

Not my real name of course, I yam in hiding until CBS stops trying to serve papers on me, or the statue of imitations runs out, or the local tequila supplier stops my credit. Note the possible secondary spoiler source, Senorita MissyPissaria, Una Enchalada Rancharita.

MissyPissaria promises to be in touch (actual, physical touch) with her feminine self. As can only be imagined by a Piscado Rey. Note CT girl has promised to lend her first hand (she's a righty Rancharita, I think) knowledge to this effort.

First of all, I want to thank all of you for jumping on the bandwagon. We nearly have a full cast and that's what helps make the BTS thresds so much fun.

Still available: 1) Christine from Upolu. (She says she's a teacher, but the way this cast lies she could be an international arms dealer.) 2) Keith from Savaii. He's listed as an Environmental Field Tech, but that sounds as phony as Phillip's job title last season.

We also have room for seagull, crab, etc. characters. Don't be afraid to invite friends to join in or you can even double up on characters if you want to express a different point of view. (yes, suzzee, I'm staring at you. But in a good way.)

Secondly, I would like to solicit parody titles for the tribe names. Last season I tried to use a different set each week, but I was gasping for air by the end. (By way of example, for S23 Ep01 I used "Upload" for Upolu and "Save As" for Savaii.)
Send me your best tribe names via PM and I'll use them in an upcoming parody summary.)

Lastly, a very appreciative, life-saving shout out to tribe for creating and modifying all of the sig pics. He's a gem and he handles all of our creative requests, changes and nonsense with charm and grace.

Feel free to use the two tribe names I had in my episode summary... Ulolu and Savant. Savant because they've got a swimming savant in Ozzy, an idiot savant in Cochran and had a spoken-word savant in Semhar. Ulolu, well, that's kinda self-explanatory with Coach and Brandon doing their thing.
