Given that Minnesota voted for Jesse Ventura and California voted for Arnold...and both of them turned out OK with the exception of the whole love-child thing...I don't know that having Rupert in charge of a state is all that bad of an idea.

Besides, he can't be any worse than the idiot who's running his neighbor to the east...
