I think it will be interesting to see if Adam goes for a shiksa or a nice Jewish girl. And what's the deal with Sara S.? Did they find her at an AA meeting? Doesn't she have a last name?

Only four episodes to AJ3, I don't see a bunch of super duper models crashing in on this one.

Unlike most every other network, with the exception of The Apprentice, for some reason NBC doesn't put out a press release with the contestants names, ages, hometowns, etc. -- instead they just throw photos up on their media relations site and throw whatever info they want into the description of each photo.

In this case, all the individual photos only listed first names and hometowns... but there was a group photo of all nineteen that listed their full names -- except Sara wasn't listed at all (so I had to leave her as "Sara S.")

Sara's last name is Stone. Not sure why they didn't include it with the thumbnail or bio or on the list from the People Mag photo. But it is not due to some sort of conspiracy theory or hidden agenda.

The already filmed this (under another name, LOL) in the UK last month -- and Sara was on it. Can't remember the name right now... but she flew over to appear on it!

They are both from the Denver area, so Heather could be Randi after an extreme makeover. Emphasis on the 'extreme', I think the photo of Heather is far more attractive than any photo Randi has every taken. Heather struck me as not necessarily the best looking, but definetly the most model like of the contestants.

The wierd thing to me is why 19??? Why not 15... or 18... or 20?

19 makes me think it was actually 20 and someone backed out at the last minute... even the group picture looks kinda wierd with a 10th girl squeezed into the left side

What's funny is I know someone who knows pink dress girl and while she picked out the dress herself, the producers told her to wear the tacky shoes. They thought it would be funny.

Assuming they basically lined 'em up according to height, my guess is that most of the front row is gone very quick -- either Adam is much taller than I remember, or some of those women look like they might have qualified for "The Littlest Groom." ...the woman in the red dress barely clears his elbow!

I was thinking the same thing. If I had to take a guess at Adam's height I would say 6'0". He looks like a giant in that picture. I seem to remember the picture I saw of Adam with his girl friend (the one he was very happy with the day before he agreed to do this show), his girl friend looked very short also. Maybe he prefers short woman, and they tried to accomodate his preference.

I think the subject never came up in AJ1 because Mel never realy considered Adam to be a contender. I remember Zachass having a discussion with Mel about Zachass being Jewish.

Maybe, like in the "Playing it Straight" show on Fox, the new twist to this show is that some of these women are really lesbians and Adam has to pick out which ones.
