1. Brook/Claire (2)(1)(3)(3)(3)(3)(2)(2) - I think they are the stronger team over NK. They caught up to them even after doing a very tough 2nd RB. They might just pull this off and they really like each other even though they have issues on the race.

2. Nat/Kat (1)(2)(3)(2)(1)(2)(1)(1)- eek almost didn't make it with Nat doing the bike RB however, it appeared with the sun going down that BC and CS were quite a ways behind them. They need the killer instinct which Brook has for both on her team. The U turn was strategic but they seem to be too laid back

3. Nick/Vicki (8)(7)(8)(5)(6)(4)(4)(4)(3)- Nick is still horrible see previews...Vicki really needs to shut him up

4. Jill/Thomas (10)(9)(9)(8)(7)(7)(6)(5)-ugh I hope for some good old fashioned bunching next leg for the other teams to catch up...it will be the last NEL but still

Philiminated Chad/Stephenie (9)(8)(6)(6)(5)(6)(5)(3)- meh Chad was a bit juvenile at the road block Steph laughed at a 2 woman team beating them HAH 2 did....Have a nice life together

I finally realized how stupid Jill is last night.

Somehow I don't think Thomas is dating her for her brains!

Like:
1. Nat/Kat (1) - Continuing to lose steam, but still very likable. And Nat's wild hair during their confessional interviews? Priceless.
2. Nick/Vicki (2) - Great work on the earlier flight, made the right choice at the U-turn, cooperative spirit throughout the leg. What's not to like? Next week's previews.

Meh:
3. Brook/Claire (3) - They've been a consistently strong team, but each week Brook grates on me a little bit more. Would be disappointed but not horribly upset if they won.

Don't like:
4. Jill/Thomas (4) - Team DumbDumb and Pompous continue to motor on, thinking their successes are due to their superiority. *snort*

Philiminated: Chad/Stephanie (5) - Their departure makes me look forward to the final episodes a lot more, knowing they won't be in them. Woo hoo!

ROFL! Ain't that the truth?

1. Nicki/Vicki - They ran a good leg, Nicki actually listened to Vicki for a change and I found them very lvoeable (previews aside)

2. Brook/Claire - Was very impressed with Brooke and the bricks, she may be hyper but she can race well. Claire is the human member of the team, and I can completely understand her exhaustion.

3. Nat/Kat - Nothing against them, they powered through the leg. The U turn was a very sensible thing to do, and no-one in the casino thought they were going to do it! Nothing against them, they just seem a little characterless compared to the two teams above them.

4. Jill/Thomas - Jill should leave him as he doesn't seem to treat her at all well, however they aren't really a horrible team like the doughboys or chex. tbh I would feel a lot better at them winning than the revolting Freddie and Kendra. Normally they would be midtable however we have a lot of lvoeable teams.

1. Nat/Kat - They need to pick it up if they want to win. Nat was very slow on the rickshaw task.

2. Brook/Claire - Very strong team. I don't find Brook so annoying, she is a force to be reckoned with.

3. Nick/Vicki - Strong team. What the hell is Vicki doing with this douche?

4. Jill/Thomas - This team really irritate me. I guess she needed someone to pay for her implants, and seeing as he's so well educated an' all!

Philiminated: Chad/Stephanie - Good riddance. Chad's feeble attempt at insulting Kat was really funny. Stephanie could do waaay better.

1. VICKIE/Nick - What a sweetheart she is! Nick's temper has been a turnoff at times but I have decided I'd like to see them win. Nick wanted to U-turn somebody just because they could but she gently made it clear it was not necessary and he listened!
2. CLAIR/Brooke - They are a super strong team. Brooke does push too hard at times but almost immediately recognizes her excess attitude.
3. Nat/Kat - They are likable but just don't have enough personality to really grab my loyalty on a lasting basis.
4. SMUG/Jill - I CANNOT STAND SMUG THOMAS. He kept referring to "hard work." It's really hard work to stand behind a counter and talk to a ticket agent about flight options. Yes, it was smart but it irks me that he acts like they fought so hard and worked so hard for first place. I hope that was the last time we see them arrive first at the mat. In fact, elimination station would be great.

Goners: Chad/Stephanie - When Chad hurled his first insult at Nattie I was not amused but I soon realized he was simply playing head games and talking smack to hopefully make her so distracted she couldn't finish the task. The rapport/dialog with him and the doctors as the doctors left the area was rather uplifting and proved no hard feelings. Chad had a boyish quality that sometimes infuriated but sometimes endeared. I'd rather they were still in the race than King Thomas.

Phlm'd - Chad/Steph

Here's my rankings of the Final 4 teams and our Philiminated one:

1. Nat & Kat -- still my favorite team. Smart move for you to U-Turn Chad & Stephanie. But in retrospect, maybe you should've stayed in Muscat instead of heading to Dubai.

2. Nick & Vicki -- well, at least you realized you didn't need the U-Turn.

3. Brook & Claire -- only this low because you ragged a little on Claire. Still, you were stressed out, so that's forgivable.

4. Jill & Thomas -- you guys weren't too bad this round but you didn't need to use the U-Turn since you were way ahead.

Gonzo: Chad & Stephanie. Good-bye and good riddance!

1. Brooke/Claire: When the teams were announced before the season started, I thought these two were sort of stunt cast semi-celebrities. (to people who watch the Home Shopping network anyway.) I never thought they'd be strong contenders to be the first female-female team to win TAR. I am very happy they've proved me wrong. While many complain that Brook has an annoying voice, and she's constantly peppy (which might irritate me in real life), she is the perfect yin to calm, cool Claire's yang. The mini-conflict between the two of them was pretty mild and I bet Claire is thanking Brooke for lighting a fire under her a$$ given how close behind Chad/Stephanie were

2. Nat/Kat: They're kind of like Brooke and Claire on valium. I rank them lower because they're a bit too laid back. Smart move U-turning Chad/Stephanie. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't a non-elimination leg.

3. Vicki/Nick: Only above the other team because I really like Vicki. Most other people would retaliate in the face of the immature and borderline abusive rants of a partner like Nick. Her patience is impressive. Nick's behaviour has shown that the incident in Ghana wasn't isolated.

4. Jill/Thomas: He's kind of entitled and she's kind of dumb but I don't really hate them. (I actually wish I hated them more because it makes watching the finale more fun.)

Eliminated:

Chad/Stephanie: As with Jill/Thomas, I didn't like them but they turned out to be ok.

Quite the knuckle biter last night! I was so scared Nat & Kat or Brooke & Claire would go home instead of Chad and Stephanie. He is SUCH a douche!!!! So glad to get them off my screen!

Nat & Kat - great leg and thank gawd they didn't get lost!

Brooke & Claire - Brooke drives me bonkers but she does have drive! And she was needed to spur Claire on. I really did not want to see them go home last night. I understand how sick Claire must have felt - but she powered through!

Nick & Vicki - great leg, and Vicki does rock! I was impressed they got the earlier flight too and ran an efficient leg.

Thomas the supreme and Jill - He's such a jerk. Great job on getting the earlier flight - wow 7 hours ahead! I'm praying for bunching too . . . You are right though - she made quite the bumbling remarks while assembling that bike. But she ran a great leg - inspite of all his "hard work!" ;0 And I hated the comments from them re not wanting any all girl teams to beat them (Chad & Stephanie were guilty of this too.)

Philiminated - Chad & Stephanie - Okay Stephanie, now you are off our screens you can dump Chad! What a bozo! And if any of us had forgotten that, he reminded us when he yelled at her while they were toting the bricks and trying to bait Natalie. He's just a bloated, entitled, little boy/man - ACK! So glad they aren't in the running anymore!
