To honor his abrupt-but-thoroughly-deserved departure, let us speak of him in the same way he spoke of everyone else.

Say, you know the only thing better than watching Tyson's hopes and dreams of winning a million dollars get shattered into exactly that many pieces? Replaying the moment with him sitting next to you and seeing the tears well up in the pits where his eyes used to be. (I got bored during the commercial break and tore them out. Because it was funny.)

It's not as if he needed them anyway. He never saw anything coming.

If I'm hearing you correctly, then I'll have to say that 'I love seeing people cry. I also love seeing people squashed like bugs. Speaking of bugs, tearing the wings off of butterflies is one of my favorite things to do!'

'If I'd known I wasn't going to win that freaking challenge I would have eaten pizza like everyone else, who thought they were so freaking safe. Where do THEY get off thinking they could never get voted off. Do they think they are ME, or something???'

How's that??

As a competitive cyclist I am used to intense competition, game strategy, and being blind-sided at tribal council.

Oh wait. Crap. Not that last part. Can I go back to being a hot-bodied mormon? Maybe I can dance with Julianne Hough next season on DWTS??? Clearly I have the moves.

Tyson did leave out naming Sierra and Erinn didn't he? So if you left anyone out, it's gonna seem intentional you know

I know you didn't intentionally leave off MRC in your list. You're not smart enough to have done that on purpose.

Okay, you got me. I can't believe some of you did, but you did. But now you are here on the jury, and here on the jury, I am the Coach.

Ah yes, I forgot about his aspirations to be the Coach of Ponderosa.

I don't think any of you could have interesting boy/girl friends.

The tipoff that started me (as well as most of you, I'm sure) to thinking that Tyson was "dun" this week was when he said to Sierra, "I'll be honest, you're going to go this week" (paraphrased, I'm sure). Survivor editors just love to use that phrase when they can to foreshadow a blindside.

Coach also said it, but it seemed to me that Tyson's pronouncement was highlit more.

As far as the in-episode foreshadowing went, what stood out to me was Jeff's statements during the IC about Tyson being in everyone's way.

It's almost as fun seeing the look of shock on Tyson's face as it was to see the looks of shock on Desmond and Angela's face in your Survivor fanfic when they got blindsided, Estee! And Tyson deserved it just as much as they did! And if he'd cried, I would've found it quite fun too.

Was there a movie I somehow missed?

No, if you go on the Story Competition Forum, you'll find Estee's Survivor fanfic -- and the episodes where Desmond and Angela were blindsided by Alex (with help from Gardner in Angela's case).

Belle, I've read her story, I was referring to your post saying how you 'saw their faces' when blindsided, but unless there was a movie, you couldn't have seen the faces.
