I freakin' love Storm. Her voice, her stage presence, her beauty, her personality. She is wonderful.

I don't really have a favorite this season, but if I had to pick one, it would be Storm.

Have you watched videos of her performances with The Balls? She's a trip. I love her. I can't remember what song it was but there was a guy in the audience on a cell phone... *snicker* She said, "Who the f*ck are you talking to? ... Bring me that phone." And she calls her friend in New York. That's my favorite Balls video I watched. Can't remember the song. hmmm.

So there I was at a live concert and my mobile rang...

"Bad news mate, your mother has just die..." and before you could say Jack Robinson this bloody lead singer snatched my phone off me!

Now, excuse me for being blunt, but I didn't think too much of the concert that night!

The next morning I discovered my Mum had dyed her hair purple and joined the rinse set. Now...if only I could have stopped her that fateful evening prior to the rude chick nicking my phone!

About which comment? Dilana re-did time after time. Even did some stuff to Every Breath You Take. Storm has not done anything creative with any of the songs she is given. I understand there is a certain amount of ripping Dilana lately. The producers want you too. Did you notice that everytime that Dilana performs they show Lukas's reaction and vice vera?

Sorry, Storm rearranges every song she performs. Has since day one. The only song Dilana rearranged is ROF, iirc. The only other thing Dilana redoes is the key because she can't get to the appropriate ones. Not that there's anything wrong with knowing you very limited range. The only thing she "did" on EBYT (besides change the key) is add the sickening "Dilana Dilana Dilana" thing.

They edit in Lukas' "reaction" to just about everything, it seems. I'm not sure how or why that's relevant here though. I thought we were talking about Storm.

I really like Storm and think she has PHENOMENAL range!! WOW!! Tuesday night she blew me away! I think shes fabulous!

As for the whole Dilana thing..I have to agree that she basically just lowers the key range an octave (or two) which drastically changes the sound of the songs, but really, not much "changing up" other than that. Time after Time...only change in that was that it was completely acoustic...big whoop! Granted, she sounded great on that song, but really, not much tweeking on that. I do think she is usually outstanding, but she seems to stick with "safe" songs for her vocal range. Not much to be said for her range, though...it seems to be non-existant, really. Her voice always sounds the same. this week was the first time I didn't hear that same ole raspy voice. It was a welcomed change, at that.

Can't decide which was more banal: reminding everyone to breath or reminding everyone of her name. I am not sure about anyone else, but I seldom forget to breath and the artist's name often appears at the bottom of my TV screen.

Dilana has gone so over the top she fell off the other side, IMHO.

Storm, has stayed true to herself. I love her confidence and command of each song, even if SN didn't like it (e.g. I will survive) she did what she wanted.

Yes...she was a goddess. I LOVED her. What I found interesting, is that Jason seemed all choked up while she was singing her elmination song. When she was singing it, all I could think of was "oh gawd..this is her "goodbye" song...and she knew it..and he knew it..and then he had to do it (when Tommy crapped out...)

Goodbye Storm..you will be missed, but not forgotten...

Thanks Boner, that was awesome. That was still my favourite original song, and she was my favourite performer this season. I hope that we get to hear it on the radio some day soon, and I hope we get to see Storm on MTV (MM here). She rocks, and has to have huge marketability.
