OK, Trump said that Jason got fired in episode 2 because he didn't go and meet the CEO of the airline but they never revealed what happened in the ladies meeting. Do you think they really asked for the cock n balls campaign?

They should have shown just a few seconds of that meeting and cut down on some of the Boston trip.

They did show the ladies meeting. It was brief and the client basically said to "wow them."

Right the assumption was that the girls game up with the "cock n balls" campaign on their own. The client didn't specifically ask for that.

The point was that the girls were willing to do something gutsy and take a risk while the guys pitch was too boring/generic.

While the women's campaign was "over-the-top" it was gutsy as requested. The men's campaign was very ordinary (yet, tasteful). However, ordinary won't win where the WOW factor is required.
