Since my software won't cooperate, can anyone shrink my birds so they are legal, yet still happy?

I can help with cheap http://www.tucows.com/preview/504800 it is the free .gif animator I use at home. If it isn't done by later today I can get rid of few extra pixels for you. Dang, just barely over the line, ain't it.
