If your child died after spending seven hours locked in a blazing-hot car and that horrifying tragedy was truly an accident from your total failure of memory? It's not going to look very good if your computer's search history contains a note on how someone has been looking up how long it takes living things locked in blazing-hot cars to die.

Just saying.

Many modern juries tend to speak 'search engine'.

Well it also doesn't help when the security camera finds you going out to your car at a time where the heat + dirty diaper aroma (even without the decomp) should have alerted you that something odd was going on.

Watch this end up being the fault of the unnamed "fast food restaurant" where they ate breakfast.

Many modern juries tend to speak 'search engine'.

Instead of lethal injection or electrocution, the jury might recommend this as the method of capital punishment in this particular case.

Burn, baby, burn.

I'm pasting instead of linking because the article mistakenly said the victim was 22. Here's hoping the rest of this was accurate.

Anyway, this genius was at his preliminary court hearing today, and here's some of the things which came out. And I quote:

"1) Harris web-searched “how to survive in prison.”

2) Harris visited a “child-free” Reddit sub-forum, which is populated by people advocating for childless living.

3) The defendant watched this video from Dr. Ernie Ward five days before his son’s death. In the video, seen below

a veterinarian sits in a car with the windows up during 117°F weather to demonstrate how it is. Not only did Harris watch the video, he watched it twice:

4) Harris was sexting with six women not his wife while baby Cooper sat in the car the day of his death. The extent of Harris’ extramarital affairs reportedly includes sexting with women (including a teen), penis pictures being sent, and meeting with one.

5) The couple had at least one life insurance policy on the child.

6) Harris and his wife were allegedly in a bad marriage. He had a $4,000 dollar debt accrued, and was recently rejected for a job with Chick-fil-A."

Reassemble all surviving members of the OJ team. He's going to need every last one of them.

Hmmm... deleting browsing history is so easy and he fails to do it? Other incriminating evidence on the computer? There are freeware scrubbers that will make a soup of 0's and 1's out of your hard disk apart from the operating system.

Here's one of the most depressing wishes in the world: 'May your murderer be stupid.'
