You can't, only the people running the site can.If the show doesn't have a forum, check the "Other Shows" to see if there is a thread started for that show.
If not then start a thread like you did here in the right "Other Shows" Forum (reality, non-reality, daytime, etc.)
If there is enough people posting in that thread then it may get its own forum.
