Oh, My, Heck.
I guess they are going to have to have a very special episode of Glee this fall.
He has had some substance abuse issues in the past, so I suspect that had something to do with it.

Very sad to hear of his passing. Cory wasn't the best singer on Glee, but was a very important character over the first seasons.

Mixing meds with synergistic effects is never good. Particularly ones that have a tendency to suppress respiration.
Remember kids when mixing drugs 1 + 1 = 2 more often than not is really 1 + 1 = 6.
