"R.I.P. James Gandolfini, 1961-2013"

Tony Soprano has finally been silenced... It appears to have been a heart attack that claimed Gandolfini's life while he was on vacation in Italy. Age 51, taken at a far too young age. Terrific actor.

Rest in peace, James. Much too young.

Tragic. And he had an infant daughter, too.

Tony: "You know my feelings: Every day is a gift. It's just, does it have to be a pair of socks?"I have plenty of socks.
RIP. Meet up with my mom for a couple of laughs. But I have to warn you, she'll probably give you a good talking to first for using the F word too much on your show.

Quote about Robert Redford, who worked with Gandolfini on "The Last Castle":On the set of Last Castle I {Rod Lurie} complimented Robert Redford on his acting. He smiled, pointed to James Gandolfini and said, "That's an actor".
