I have noticed at the beginning of each episode when they show everybody and the island, there is a quick shot of a person standing on top of a hilltop with a staff rod. By the body type
it is definetly a woman, more suited to Kelly's body type. Could
this be a clue?

I'm pretty sure it's an actor/actress, like on the book cover, or the people in the opening with mud on their faces.

You also have to take in to consideration that the people have lost alot of weight on the island. So it is possible to be a male figure like Rudy.

Susan may be a strong influence but if the guys brighten up, they may figure out that Susan is a threat. She'll last up to one of the final votes, but since she set up an alliance against alot of the booted surviors, there is no way they'll let her take the cash. Anyways, Rudy may be grouchy, but he has no real enemies either. This is an advantage for him.
