It's bad and getting worse, you can read about it here. Serious stuff!
Anyway, Norwegian retailers got into a price war, undercutting each other's prices, so now neighbors are crossing the borders to buy up what they can and take it home where they can resell at a good profit. And it's not even Norway's flammable brown cheeses they're stealing home! But oh the burdon now on Norway's youngest generation, woe woe woe, there's a nappy shortage!
