Blame Superfriends. I'm convinced that damage is irreversible. For that matter, blame Adam West -- the halflife on that toxic waste spill appears to be infinity. But mostly blame Meanwhile At The Hall Of Concentric Circles Radiating From Your Head, because the svckage never went away and tried to infect nearly all that came after it. We're waiting for the Justice League generation to get into a position of greenlighting -- which, given the way Hollywood moves, is going to take thirty more years.

I'm now hoping the inevitable video game gets a Golden Mullet.

Or it's just that once you start writing him correctly, he walks off with the whole story. Mr. Curry is scary.
