Mel and Mike--(1)(1)(1)(1)(1) How can you not love these guys...Mel is such a nice guy.."This race is not worth dehumanizing someone over" I think they should make all future racers watch all of Mel's footage. He was awesome in the camel roadblock and I liked how they are connecting. I still don't think they will win (and really they don't need to) but I hope they stay around til F3 show.

2. Lakisha and Jennifer (6)(7)(6)(3)(5) They ran a good non bickering leg, but they went to Louisville...we'll see you at the finals! GO PITT!

3. Margie and Luke--(3)(3)(3)(2)(2) Now that made me sad when Luke was crying about the kids eating garbage. I still like them both, I hope Margie is ok next week! Although Luke was too ready to ditch the redheads...

4. Cara & Jaime-(7)(5)(4)(4)(3) they were too whiny this episode

5. Mark and Michael-(2)(4)(5)(5)(4) why did they do that stupid detour, even if you think you're strong, you still had to find that stupid little elephant and almost lost to a team with a speed bump, these 2 are not the sharpest tools in the shed, are they?

6. Tammy and Victor(10)(9)(8)(7)(7)--get off my tv screen you spoiled little brats....and no Victor, you do not typify the normal attorney, at least not imho

PHiliminated Christie and Jodi-(8)(8)(7)(6)(6) I knew it again when Jodie started to talk about being a single parent that they were toast...They almost beat the stuntmen...I liked how they treated the elephant, nice rehab edit for their swan song

1. Mel/Mike - I loved Mel smoking everyone at the RB.

4. Cara/Jamie - Yelling at your cabbie doesn't do you any favors.
5. Margie/Luke - Luke's crying was too overly dramatic.
6. Mark/Michael - They had a lead and still managed to squander it.

1. Kisha/Jen (4,6,5,2,3) Hey! They're spunky, they're cute, and they're doing quite well. Keep it up, ladies!

2. Mel/Mike (5,8,1,5,1) They're cool. Jaime should take tips from Mel on how to treat other people.

3. Margie/Luke (1,1,2,3,6) Still love Margie, still like Luke... I think being deaf may have been an advantage on this leg, the nonstop din of car horns would drive most hearing people insane.

4. Tammy/Victor (2,2,8,6,4) These two predictably ran a fine leg, but they are verging on Nick/Starr levels of smug.

5. Jaime/Cara (8,5,3,4,5) Cara (the quiet one) is charming enough, but Jaime is such a raging ##### that this team is dead to me. I don't care how competitive she is or how stressful the race is, there is no excuse for physically shoving a cab driver and screaming at all of the poor locals. Memo to Jaime: Unlike you, these people don't have a shot at a million, so why should they help your obnoxious #####?

6. Mark/Michael (7,9,7,7,7) This is the only team I am actively rooting against, and I'm sure they'll keep bumbling through to the end because this show always does that to me.

Philiminated: 7. Christie/Jodi (9,7,4,1,2)
Sad to see them go due to a string of bad luck that started with the driver last week who led them astray. They must have ran a rockin' leg in India to have such a close finish despite the speed bump and the cab driver stopping for gas (which took them from 2nd leaving the airport to dead last). Of course, they should still feel lucky because none of the other teams had the chance to get up close and personal with The Amazing Pachyderm.

1. Mel/Mike (1) I love their attitude/spirit/drive/competitiveness.

2. Margie/Luke (3) she’s such a strong competitor; he’s good, but annoying.

3. Cara/Jaime (2) I understand the impatience with the missing cab driver, but enough of the cranky pants.

4. Kisha/Jen (5) boring, they lost me in the first few episodes I just don’t feel much for them.

5. Tammy/Victor (7) spoiled. better edit this week

6. Mark/Michael (4) why do you make so many wrong choices?

Philiminated Christie/Jodi

1. Tammy/Victor (2) – He actually listened to Tammy at the RB. They worked well together and breezed through the entire leg.

2. Mel/Mike (4) – They totally smoked this leg. Good job, boys.

3. Kisha/Jen (3) – Did a fine job this leg. Not much drama. Not much at all from Jen.

4. Cara/Jaime (1) – See what happens when you treat locals like shite? I drop you on my lvoe list.

5. Margie/Luke (5) – Took off after the Detour, leaving Jaime and Cara searching for their cab. I guess we don't care about them that much.

6. Mark/Michael (7) - I think they have a problem with women and foreigners. Not interested.

Eliminated: Christie/Jodi (6) – I would have actually ranked them higher this week because they really did give it their best shot. They were thisclose at the end there.

1. Mel & Mike - I lvoe Mel! He's a nice guy and respectful of other people. I liked how he used his brain and smoked everyone in the camel road block. Although, I am wondering why the other teams didn't notice Mel using the rake thing and basket earlier? I also lvoed his comment about Mike being proud of him was better than a million dollars... awww!

2. Kisha & Jen - Still crappy racers but they are here by default.

3. Tammy & Victor - He's still annoying and they are oh so smug.

4. Margie & Luke - Not feelin' the love.

5. Cara & Jaime - As I said last week, you had your one free pass... Cara is okay. But Jaime is a screechy, banshee beyotch! No, no one speaks English you daft cow! And take a message from Mel, treat others with respect and don't assume that the "foreigner" stole your packs!

6. Mark & Michael - I'm sorry, I can't lvoe these two. Now, I know that the phone thing wasn't obvious to other teams but when it comes to these two, it's just typical behaviour.

Honourable Mention - The painted elephant. That would have been so cool to paint him!

Philiminated - Jodi & Christie - I wanted this team to stay despite the fact that they're not too bright. I liked how they got along. I especially liked how they came so close to beating M&M with the speed bump.

It is getting harder to make my list:

1)Kisha & Jen - They were the only ones who didn't annoy me in some way this week.

2)Cara & Jaime - They are a bit too whiny but seriously, the cab driver was wrong to disappear if he was being paid to wait for Cara & Jaime. He had their belongings - they couldn't just get another cab.

3)Mel & Mike - I honestly don't know what to make of these two - they're okay, I guess, but quit complaining about your physical condition - you know TAR has physical tasks to complete, stop whining.

4)Margie & Luke - He is a little too high strung for me and oddly she comes off a little cold and emotionless. I'm afraid they might be the only hope to beat the team that makes me sick - Tammy & Victor.

5)Mark & Michael - Why would any team pick that detour? Bad choices and very little personality.

6Tammy & Victor - (dry heave) These two are completely unlikable. Spoiled, self centered snotbags (stomach churn)who will give me an aneurysm if they win (retch). Why oh why did Brad & Victoria have to screw up on that flight? I feel like we missed our one chance to be rid of these awful people.

Philiminated: Christie & Jodi - before the season started I had high hopes for this team - they never lived up to the hype

Here's my rankings:

1. Mel & Mike -- Mel shouldn't have done the Roadblock, but he was smart enough to find a way around it. Good job!

2. Cara & Jamie -- yeah, they shouldn't have yelled at the cab driver, but the cab driver had disappeared with their bags! They had the right to be mad at the driver!

3. Tammy & Victor -- in the middle for me. They did a fine job with the Roadblock and Detour.

4. Margie & Luke -- nice to see Luke crying over the scenes in India.

5. LaKisha & Jen -- good job, but not my favorite team.

6. Mark & Michael -- you should've gone for the other Detour! Idiots.

7. Christie & Jodi -- you came so close to avoiding Philimination! Sadly, getting a cab that didn't have enough fuel set the tone for your day.

1. Mel/Mike – Great attitude and Mel did great on the task - lots of whining/complaining (red herrings), I was amazed he beat everyone. Plus - that WAS great about feeling bad about berating the driver. They are good people.

2. Tammy/Victor – Working alot better together. I think like Ron and Chris, there are alot of issues here to work out, but given the time constraints and the pressure of the race, they are working things out. No Victor is not a "typical" lawyer, I agree.

3. Margie/Luke – Margie ROCKS!!!!! She is one of the best racers EVER in the history of the race. Great attitude and goes for it. Luke is doing a great job too. I think the emotional difference in India is explained by she has probably always had to be the strong one, to pave the way for him. That's probably just their pattern. She is one great lady.

4. Kisha/Jen – They did really well this leg. And I was surprised they had so much fun doing the "shake."

5. Cara/Jaime – What is their problem with cab drivers? But that was frustrating that their driver had "disappeared." I'd be furious too. They lost a lot of time there, and might have lost their belongings too. Still, they are too quick to bark.

6. Mark/Michael – They ARE the Dandrew of this group. I can't believe Christie and Jodi almost beat them. They constantly screw up and take too long/get distracted at tasks. I am so disappointed in them. I thought they would be great racers from their description at the beginning of the race.

Philiminated: Christie/Jodi – They were definitely given the loser edit, and I have thought they were screwups all along and was amazed they lasted this long. And then last time in Russia they were great, Christie bravely jogging in her thong! So I was sorry to see they didn't quite pull it off last night. They were SO close and did all their tasks really well. And the elephant painting was very special.

Edited to add: OMG wasn't the nose flutist wild!!!!???? That was such a trip!!!

1. Mel/Mike – kind of surprised Mike wasnt enouraging his dad more but they did well. Thought he was goignt o pass out.

Eliminated: Christie/Jodi – they were ripped off by doing the camel task correctly and other teams doing it incorrectly but beating them, in my opinion.

Twenty Three Lists!!

A busy week with the NCAA Tournament going on but twenty three posters took time off from filling in their brackets to fill out a lvoe list. Thanks guys - next week I'll compile the PAP's so far this season

Sorry for the late list.

1. (8,7,4,1,1) Mel/Mike – I thought they are doomed looking at commercials and stuff. But second? Oh lord, they are good, REALLY good.

2. (3,1,7,3,4) Tammy/Victor – Purely go through this leg in no time...crazily good racing wise, crazily annoying when Victor starts to talk.

3. (4,5,5,2,2) Cara/Jaime – Much drama ado nothing.

4. (7,8,6,6,5) LaKisha/Jennifer – They are finally getting the hang of the race, getting along, and actually doing OK again.

5. (1,3,2,5,3) Mark/Michael – I don't want them to eliminate, but their continuing racing incompetency (just better than the FAs) is killing them.

6. (2,2,1,7,7) Margie/Luke – Luke is annoying...although he had the long cry. Margie may be the single best racer ever exist...at least female wise.
