Indian Wells Brewing Company. The only worthwhile spot on the drive up to the Eastern Sierra. It's a relief that some mofo didn't go bat-crazy out in the middle of that stinkin' desert, and started a brewery and bottling company. God Bless your sanity.

Locally, we've got Boylan's doing their cane sugar releases. I pick up a birch beer or black cherry occasionally, while others in the circle generally grab the cream. If I want cane sugar cola, the Mexican version of Coke is widely available. And I had a true sasparilla for the first time three weeks ago. Interesting stuff.
But I can't find a Stewart's ginger beer anywhere. I think the flavor may have been pulled from their lineup. For now, I'm subbing with Jamaican.
