I'm thinking I may need to check the thesaurus for various ways to describe itsy bitsy pieces of fringe glued onto a couple of square inches of skin.

The poor spray tan peeps. They probably all want to look like they've spent a week baking in the sun in Rio instead of practicing latin dances for a week.

Len. For the amateur dancer this is the hardest one to master.

As Len describes the samba Marie falls down.

Was it just me, or did Marie look dizzy and unsteady on her feet during the end of the dance??

She actually looked drunk just before she fainted

I did think she wasn't doing the rolls and that as much as I would expect from her with what she has done before.

And we are back, she is backstage.

She passed out and her first words were "Oh, crap!"

She has this happen once in awhile when she gets winded. She says she guess she is sleeping beauty.

She wanted her scores rather than to go see the medics.

Did you see how he was holding her backstage? Like the only thing keeping her upright was him. And the expression on his face was pure Terrified Sibling.

On the other hand, that 'oh crap' probably just got Marie thrown out of her church.

I thought the dance was "fluffy". Kinda soft, pretty.

Until the poor thing fainted.

I will not be watching Marie's dance tonight. Watching Marie's dance would mean having to look at Marie's dress. Even DWTS camerawork can't be screwed up enough to capture the legwork and leave out what's hovering over the top of them.

Carrie Ann, you are a testament to what ballroom dance can do for the body. The develope was beautiful. There is a bit of a problem on the spots.

Jane, who I've never really liked, looks fabulous.

Marie is OK but with the medics.

Meh. She has beautiful lines but she's just not exciting to watch.

I dont know why, but I'm liking her less every week. I think she comes across as snobbish and a little abrasive. I thought fighting with the judges last week, especially even AFTER the instant replay, was just petty.

Y'know, after what happened with Marie, this really was not the time to go and play 'Never Breathe Again'.

Maybe they shoulda shuffled the dance card around.

Carrie Ann. She liked it, she liked the tribute and thought it was suiting. It had a lot of content, it was lacking some technique.

Len. It was entertaining, but what I would do and rub that lamp and hope the genie sorts your feat out. Heather is there with one good leg.

Bruno 2007 a geek fantasy. Technically you won't make it, but entertaining is a good strategy.

I have to give Cuba credit - he certainly tries very, very hard, even though it's clear he will never be as good as some of the others...

and I need to get on that Dancing With the Stars diet/exercise program .

So naturally Mark's pre-dance tape is the one that gives ABC a few seconds of blank airtime. Is it because he was saying it really didn't matter if he got an 18 or a 19? Because he was saying not-so-nice things about the judges? Because, in fact, Carrie's left hand was choking off the cable?

That was probably his best dance so far. It fit with his personality.

They will be doing the rumba.

A vertical expression of a horizontal desire. She doesn't like doing vulnerable.

Mark's Mom stops by. She is a latin dance champ.

She is in a dark red dress with lots of raggedy slits on the skirt.

Finally they made her do something slow.

Len. Your strength is you have no weaknesses. It was a great performance, a few over the top poses and postures.

Bruno. Totally grown up ripe womanly performance, every nuance of the music.

Carrie Ann. You blow me away, you brought out something different I see the colors of your growth. Hit the edges of your turns a little hard.

Sabrina is getting better because she is really maturing. But I don't think she deserves 10s.

Not her best dance. Even though it was a slower dance, it still seemed like they had an awful lot of speed in it. It wasn't as slow and sensuous as it could have been. I rewatched it and some of her moves just looked awkward to me.

Cool to see her here. I was reading in TV Guide this week that she not only trained Mark, but Julianne & Derek as well. Julianne & Derek actually moved to Europe to live with the Ballas family and train.

Carrie Ann. Tonight is a rough night. There is a lot going on tonight, and you were giving us a lot more sexy than you are used to. You gotta mean it.

Len. You can't act as much. I thought it was far better than these two.

Awful music. Jennie looked very nervous.

The little tail on her costume is annoying and her costume has some Big Bird overtones.

Honestly, falling a few weeks ago was the best thing that happened to them. They're much more aggressive now that there's nothing to fear.

Bruno. For once agree with Len, you looked in pain. You have to embrace her use your eyes.

Helio - sweetie, what is wrong?? Of course, I'll watch him stand there, but he seems to being withdrawing more each week.

Maybe its because Julianne is so young.

Maybe I'm just partial to Helio, but I feel like the judges have been unnecessarily harsh on him the last couple of weeks. No way should he have gotten 8s & a 7 for that.

Why is he having trouble being passionate with Julianne? Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she's 19 and he's 32? She and Apolo are a lot closer in age, so it was probably easier for them.

I agree. I also think he's getting an unfair share of slower, less "showy" dances. I think his personality will work more magic with the faster dances (jive, samba, etc.). He is a "high octane" character.

I still just think he is adorable.

Started rehearsing right after the show. She is sick and he doing the rehearsal with a thing over his face. They have a trip to London for a Spice girl shoot.
