"Do You Think Christina Will Get Her Pictures Down?"

I have to admit, I find this storyline intriguing. Maybe because I had a friend once who was in a similar situation, but she couldn't afford a lawyer.

So do you think this attorney will be able to get Christina's pictures removed from the adult websites? It seems to me the whole purpose of the webmasters getting a release from her is to prevent this sort of thing (a change of heart later)...

Well, it hasn't happened yet and this show isn't current. It started filming a couple of months back. I don't think Christina really cares that those pictures are on the internet, because she showed them to the housemates and pretty much bragged. Then she got really upset when IV asked her if the pictures were still there. I think she enjoys the attention.

I was thinking the same thing - cause this show is at least 2-3 months behind time and the pictures are still there.

Also, did anyone notice that she told Iyanla that she didn't really want to show the other HG's her pictures on the web, but that is not the way it looked to me. IMO, she was almost high with excitement when she was showing Jessica the pics. And she always seems kind of high when she is talking about anything relating to stripping, chip hustling, escorting. Plus, no one forced her to show the other HG's the pics, in fact, she OFFERED. As I recall, her words were "I wish I could show you" and then Jessica asked if her pictures were still there and .... So, there is more hustling of Iyanla right there.

I know people have been saying the Christina is the most hated house guest this season. But I don't hate Christina. In fact, at the beginning I really wanted her to do well, because I thought this was an important topic and I felt sorry for any woman who got into that scene and needed help to get out. But, as time has gone by, it has been hard to feel that Christina wants help. She doesn't seem to show any real understanding and she regularly refuses to take any responsibility for her own actions. Does the bacon fire today ring any bells? Any fire fighter can tell you that a small fire can very easily become a very large fire in a VERY short time. But she acted like they were blowing everything out of proportion. I know she's young, but come on, get it together!

That TOTALLY rang the fire bell for me...she has smoke and fire RIGHT in front of her face and she STILL denies the seriousness of it. If she can't get blaring flames to make her accountable, how the heck can you get her to take responsibility for the other stuff? Who makes bacon in a toaster oven anyway? sheesh. That day, christina bugged me most because she was reminding me of my ex sis in law who is just about the same with household stuff....just plain irresponsible. frogfan72

NO, Once you sign a release you have no control and NO TIME of experation of that signature. Madonna signed before she was famouse and my finace published her photos and she fought it but did not win as she is a public figure and due to the Starting Over House Christina is now a PUBLIC FIGURE. Its all about ratings. And in the process this young girl just may get a real bad deal.

The webmasters may be sleazy, but they know the law. They've got her on a contract, so I would think that's pretty much it. Like Wisky said, the photos would be gone by now.

Through some research I was able to track down the website of the attorney that worked on Christina's case. I sent him an email about the result of his efforts and much to my surprise he actually responded to my message.

In essence, he said that Christina was initially on several websites, many of which are not listed in these message boards. Because he is still in the process of removing some of her pictures and because of attorney-client confidentiality, he would not reveal the names of the sites. But he said both he and Christina were pleased with his results--apparently, 70% of her content was successfully removed from the web. He said that this matter is not as black and white as some of you may think and that contrary to what the future Mrs. Guccione may think, there are nuances to model releases that can make them subject to litigation.

How cool! Anyway, he said he's going to be on again and maybe his next appearance will shed some light on this.

Don't think I believe this ,,like you said attorney-client confientiality I don't see a real lawyer responding to ANYONE VIA EMAIL they dont know, even if its for an assighnment for your schooland then to come on a message board and say what hes says, no I don't believe this.

Well, you're certainly entitled to be skeptical. I might not believe someone who posted this either, but I can tell you it's true. I have no motivation to lie here.

This sort of thing happens all the time. A healthy skepticism is good.

I do question the validty of the attorney in replying back to you not that you posted it.

You see i work for a law firm and the replies back are alwys no comment.

Also, this show started taping in June. The attorney appearedd, looks like, in July.

And he says he is still working on it? Come on, no one can believe that Christine is still in the house five months later.

And since I believe she is not in the house real time, then how is she paying him?

I do believe you have been duped by an attorney..

Well the lawyer's website was listed in the "As seen on the show" section of the website (townsendlaw.net) but has since been removed. It's funny, because I see attorneys making comments all the time on television news shows about cases they are actively litigating. Litigation is public record, you know.

He could still be helping Christina even if she is not in the house. Due to the publicity or whatever he may have gotten from the show she may not even have to pay for it or the show could have worked something out so that there wouldn't be any legal fees out of Christina's pocket. Afterall they are trying to help her become a woman of honor and get those pics down.

Also if you believe things you hear then accoring to another poster, Christina just recently got kicked out of the SO house. If this proves to be true and they started filming in June then she would have indeed been in the house for 5 months. Gosh just look at how long Allison has been in last season and back again now. She has been in WAY longer than any other houseguest that I can think of including Josie.

The person did say she gets kicked out but never says if it is tv time or real time.

In the past when someone ahs said someone gets kicked out it it tv time, when we see it, which means it was actually three months prior real time.

And I feel the show already knew about her pics on the web site.....the show always brags about how a thorough job they do investigating these ladies.

As for paying her legal fees, don't think they would after she (if what is being said is true) gets kicked out.

And it would be one heck of a graduation gift...paying legal fees til all pics are off the net. That could takes years.

The show ahs not, to this point, given any ongoing aftercare to the ladies in the past, would shock me totoally if they started doing it now with Christine. They get their graduation gift anf it's good bye *charlie*.

But will agree with one thing, these ladies have been in the house now, tv for two months and not one is even close to graduating. Seems the show has decided to keep each group in longer, having less aldies this season than in the past.

Well, please let The National Miss America Pagent and Madonna know what you do cause they both failed with lawsuits in both PH and PB. If any photos are down that means she is in the hands of a magazine and they pulled them as they have been bought.

And the name is Anna, Good luck with the attorney.

My post got locked but I bet if a magazine does not yet have them the show bought them to STOP what they started.

She may have some luck with some of her 'cease and desist' but overall my money is that not all of them will take her picture down - especially if it is making money for them. That is just one more lesson in Christina's life of something from your past coming back and biting you in the behind.

Hmmm, and the video guy had nothing to do with ruining the marriage?

Til I see her kicked out I will reserve judgement on that one.

And my comment is coming from someone that doesn't like christin.

If I recall correctly it takes two to tango. I am sure that Christina did not force him to have sex against his will. IF this is true and IF he was so worried about his marriage and his family then he would have kept his pecker in his pants.

Why do you keep blasting Christina? Did she piss you off in high school before she dropped out and you want to get back at her? I am just questioning this because you seem to hate her.
