"SEAN is part of the EVIL EMPIRE..and has been all along"

Going along with the notion that Survivor previews and story lines never play out as advertised I believe that the whole story line that Sean was a clueless doofus will be turned around in the final episode to reveal "Sean the the master conniver" in the end.

For weeks we have been seeing "Sean the doofus" from other tribe members about his voting and clips of Sean scratching his head wondering if there is an alliance. Here are some reason why we should believe he is and has been a part of the alliance:

1.) No logical reasons for Sean voting Gervase last week when he knew that Colleen and Kelly would allign if he joined them.

2.) ESPECIALLY no reason for Sean to vote Colleen off this week. He gives no reason related to strategy for voting her off.

3.) Gervase mentioned on Early Show that "Sean had no idea what was going on..clueless...." Had to be intentional mis-information just like Rammona calling Gretchen "Survivor". Contestants are sued for 5 million for giving ANY hints about the winner. Saying he was clueles would pretty much bethe same as saying "he didnt win."

4.) After hearing him be called "Doctor Idiot" Sean calls in to a radio show to defend his voting strategies basically saying nothing but wanting to let people know there was a method to his madness and that we will see he isnt a doofus.

5.) Even nice Doctors tend to have inflated ego's. I dont think a successful neurologist would take being called a "Neurotic Idiot" and "ball-less" by Sue without wanting to extract some sort of revenge.....unless there was a good reason not too.

6. We see him still pondering whether there is an alliance after three straight votes against Pagong members....come on he isnt just a doctor he's a Neurologist...dont buy the "naieve Sean"

7. He lied in one episode about never having been asked to be a part of an alliance. We saw Richard saying he did ask him the week Dirk got voted off.

8. Grethchen makes a generic comment on her early show interview that the last episode is played up for maximum drama ...i think thats we we find out the truth ..SEAN IS PART OF THE EVIL EMPIRE!!!!!

I think Richard is in cahoots with Sean, but the other Alliance members don't know about it. That would explain why the vote was changed at the last minute. Rich said "I'll go with you on this one." To which Sue says "Sean". If you watch carefully, Rich kinda grins when she said that. He probably later convinced everyone to change to Colleen ( even though he clearly didn't want to. ) Otherwise it makes no sense voting Colleen off instead of Sean, especially upon seeing Rich's frustration!
Sean and Rich are planning a surprise backstabbing to the rest of the Alliance. My guess is that Sean backstabs Richard by joining forces with Rudy and Susan.
I still see Rudy as the victor, though.

very true. They point to Kelly going next week. (remember when "Rich was toast"?) I think she's staying.

I agree. There are too many coincidences. He stopped his alpha voting when it came time to vote on of his own off. When it came time for an intellectual challenge, all of a sudden, he turns smart. Maybe only Rich knows that Sean is playing a game. I'm kind of upset taht they edit the show un such a skewed way.

I heard on Howard Stern this morn that Colleen's "all about sex" comment was said in sarcasm. Nothing happened b/w her and Greg. They edited it to make you think what they want U 2 thing. Sex sells.

Just like the tribe members are fooling eachother,Burnett is fooling us, too.

EVIDENCE THAT SEAN does not win: if his "dummy" tactic worked, he would not be phoning radio stations to tell them not to call him "Dr. Idiot". He'd just stay silent and let the truth come out on its own.

Since we're so short of real spoilers, I'm also willing to speculate. Would the winner really feel the need to call a radio station to validate his strategy halfway through the game? I agree, he wouldn't.

On the other hand, if you didn't make it into the Final Four, would you think that your strategy could be validated? I don't think so.

Also, we have gatormeatisyummy's pseudo-spoiler (on ss.com) that Sean's cousin said he finished third. Seems to me that that's a good enough finish to justify some pride but not so good that everyone would change their opinion of your strategy without your help.

Third place seems about right. Now, the question is: who beat him for the last immunity?
