I know I am stupid to ask but the only way I know how to post to a post is to click reply. How do you do it so your message is squarely under the one above? Thanks

It depends on which post you click reply on.

If you click reply to the first post your reply will be all the way to the left with the other replies.

If you reply to a reply your post will be indented below it.

So for this post I clicked reply to the main post.

Of course, if I hit the reply button on post #4 I end up under post #5 which is also a reply to post #4.

Your message will indent to every post you reply to EXCEPT if you reply to the original post. Does that answer your question?
