BACHELOR'S BACK: Now here's a show the whole family can't watch: ABC is producing a six-part behind-the-scenes special on its lowbrow reality series The Bachelor. Hosted by inaugural Bachelor Alex Michel, the miniseries — which will run for six consecutive nights from Aug. 11-16 on sister cable net ABC Family (huh?) — promises to answer all the questions about what really happened on the show.

This little light of mine...I'm gonna let it shine!

Ha, I'll probably actually check this out. It will totally suck, though, unless they include these things:

-Alex being himself instead of some psudeo-sophisticated snob. He was more of a lecherous frat boy with very little in the way of quality. I would prefer to see him act like a guy and not some fabricated cultured, well-to-do pretty boy with super good manners. Would be way more interesting to hear "Oh, and So-and-so, you never saw it, but when I met her I told her I wanted to bang her..." That would be entertaining.

-How the producers pulled the strings. Did they guide towards who to select in the early rounds? I think they did and I want them to admit it. Also, did they encourage "fooling around" with certain girls in particular. Kind of a "Trista's cute, so lets put her and Alex in a situation where something might happen, but so-an-so is kinda ugly and annoying, so lets make hers a group date or a less-romantic date..."

-More Shannon. Watching her is like watching a train wreck and I want to see more of her. I want to hear Alex call her a psycho stalker freak and I want to see her cry at least 10 times.

But, it will probably be all sugar-coated, since it is ABC and they lack the fundamental knowledge of how to boost their ratings. Ah, well.

I also reported on this last night:

http://www.realitytvworld.com/index/

...it seems a very strange decision to air this on the so-called "family channel." Even with it's 9PM airtime, it's still a strange decision -- who'd have thought that we'd be longing for the days of those "FOX family values" from back when they owned the channel!

Every night at 10, ABC family shows episodes of Whose Line?. They always say 'this show is not for little ones, so pack them off to bed" kinda thing. I think they're a whole-family channel, just not the whole family all at once. Something for the little kids, something for the teens, something for the whole family, something for just the parents and something for little kids and teens together.

Well, according to the listings, they'll be airing that warning earlier -- since the listings I saw show "Whose Line?" airing at 8PM and 8:30Pm before Bachelor starts at 9PM.

Guess the little ones will be going to bed real early next week

People care enough to have questions about what really happened on this show? Who knew?

Actually he is stretching it to 30 minutes, he also has a small part on the upcoming series "The Rerun Show". I think it starts airing soon.

Seems all her bags are not packed & ready to go,Amanda it seems is still in Kansas at a local radio station. This has left Alex one unhappy and lonely guy as he should be. This has left Trista with the last laugh as she prepares to turn the tables and be in the driver's seat as the Bachelorette.
(All this courtesy of the Globe,a gossip magazine found at your local stores)

I don't know how unhappy Alex is, but I do know that the part about Amanda still working her day job in Kansas is true -- can't remember where I read it, but it was a legit source.

My last post was a synopsis of the Globe(gossip newspaper)article
which stated how unhappy Alex was.It went on to speak about how Trista is having the last laugh.I agree she is much better off & will hopefully find a nice guy from her run as the Bachelorette.

"Just a Rehash"

I tuned in last night, but all they did was "rehash" the original first show with a few tidbits from Alex. None of it was the least bit revealing at all. I was hoping to hear more about what a mistake the show was and how whorish that girl was and how this girl told him in private "I'm a lesbian, so don't pick me"... You know, trailer trash stuff. That's what I wanted...

Tonight's show looks a little more promising. I'll have to see if it's another summary of the show or more juicy. It's supposed to be an "inside look" at the three dates he went on (with like 6 girls on each date) so maybe they'll be some good gossipy stuff to laugh about.

If Alex reveals anything at all, he's a bigger fool than I think he is. 'Course, I think he's a pretty big fool already...
