Good spot and identification of the tasks. Looks like this is Deal With Egos week -- celebrities everywhere, even though we're not going to see any of them here. And that episode title -- To lead or not to lead -- is the first arrow in the corpse of the loser.

They are trying way too hard to avoid showing the workforces...

They do show Toral with Rebecca and Mark with Randal, so we know who two of them are.
