Hey, ABC, save on production costs and ask to film one of the relationship retreat/workshops that go on all the time here...

I was just thinking last night about how all the New Age Self Help/healing workshops are more and more scheduled in "exotic" locales. I guess if it's a failure, at least you've had a change of scene.

I have a psychologist friend who just took off to conduct a workshop along not so different lines in Guatemala. But can people get along when they get home again, is my question?

I wish I thought this was a game, but it sounds like a serious experiment. I will watch anyway to see how they portray the Big Island, Hawaii (as opposed to the big island of Hawaii per TV Guide, which is so wrong ).

I suppose there is some drama potential. Especially if they start eyeing members of the other couples instead of repairing their own relationship.

Does anyone know more about this one or plan to watch?

All I know is that this is the SECOND go-round for this show, but I never watched or heard anything about the original.

Just what I want to watch -- relationships on the rocks. Hey, if I want to see dysfunctional relationships, all I need to do is search the Web for articles about J-Lo and Whitney Houston... ...no psychiatrists, though, except the tame ones brought out for pithy quotes...
