I loved Brian in the 'meet momma' episode when they asked
him his choice between the Bosox in the 7th game and the art
show. It was a real dilemma for him and he laughed and mulled it over, then he graciously (but apologetically to his buddies) opted for the art. For me that made up for him being overly confessional and sort of pathetic on his date.

Yea to bad he is in love with (or 'having feeling for') Larissa. He is way to good for her. I hope she eliminates him so he can move on to a woman who will love him, and settle with him cause he is not overwieght or a nerdy.
