1. He got the job through his Dad and is not a very good employee which looks REALLY bad on his Dad.

2. He thinks he's a major player in Vegas which, by the episodes I've seen, is WAY off base.

3. He puts on a pretty macho attitude for a short bald man with no girlfriend.

4. He rags on how the prostitutes are ugly, but who is the one who has to pay for sex?

5. He rags on cross-dressers but seemed very intrigued by them.

Pretty much he's a loser who has to depend on his dad to bail him out of all the problems he gets himself into.

What does everyone else think?

I'm surprised he wasn't born with a birthmark in the shape of an "L" right in the middle of his forehead. Would have summed up his character in a split second.

Tommy is a dork... a loser. His friend who went with him to the whore house was just as bad. Birds of a feather flock together.
They weren't the most attractive hookers, that's for sure, but maybe Tommy and his friend should take what they can get!

One thing I don't understand is why the show is so focused on Tommy? No one really gives a damn about him. A glorified blackjack dealer who brown nosed his way up the casino ladder with help from his daddy. Who could relate to that or him?

It's really a shame this shows so lame. Once upon a time in the very beginning, it had so much promise due to its setting. A casino.

Was hoping it would be a group of wanna be gamblers who - like the apprentice format - plays/gambles various games ie: Texas, BJ, Roulette etc. and a player would be kicked off the show on a weekly basis based on his earnings, in this case, how much he lost on that particular episode.

I love this show... Every show has to have someone that is a #####... Tommy is that.... If there isnt at least one person on the show that I cant stand... then it's not a good show
I thought he was just suppose to do the hosting as a night gig... in his off time... when did he become full time at at? He does suck--- no doubt about it...

I unfortunately caught this turkey of a show again last night, and it sure didn't disappoint for crappy story lines and TOMMY. Brown nosing and getting drunk on the job. Even if his dad also works at the Nugget, it's too hard to believe he wouldn't be canned the next day. AAARGH!

Ok.. so maybe I was dropped on my head as a baby, but I happen to think Tommy is funny and adds some humor to the show.. not to mention cute, but hey thats just me...what human wouldn't go for the lavish job? He is a young guy having fun,..Tommy if you read this.. lol

Cute? Not how I would describe him, but I guess we all have different tastes. I do agree that he keeps it interesting though.

I could only stomach 3 1/2 minutes the other night. I think Tommy realizes his potential as an idiot and is now acting the part. What little reality this show began with is now utterly gone.
