"The top twenty-four: major spoilers ahead. (Open at your own risk.)"

As per the IdolPad, multiple relaying sites, and a whole lot of text used to get everyone past the front page reveal space without giving anything away to the don't-wanna-know public, here's the group going to the voting rounds as almost pinned down. The list is very much in flux: this is the current as-we-know-it roster.

MALES
1. Aaron Marcellus Sanders
2. Adam Brock
3. Clayton Farhat or Colton Dixon (seen) -- this spot is in flux.
4. Creighton Fraker (seen)
5. DeAndre Brackensick
6. Eben Franckewitz (seen)
7. Heejun Han (seen)
8. Jeremy Rosado
9. Joshua Ledet
10. Phillip Phillips (seen)
11. Reed Grimm (seen)
12. Caleb Johnson or Chase Likens -- the spoiler coin is still spinning.

FEMALES
1. Baylie Brown
2. Brielle Von Hugel
3. Chelsea Sorrell
4. Elise Testone
5. Erika Van Pelt (seen)
6. Haley Johnsen
7. Hallie Day (seen)
8. Hollie Cavanagh
9. Jen Hirsh
10. Jessica Sanchez
11. Shannon Magrane (seen)
12. Skylar Laine

So...

A. Going by the people seen in the auditions, this is a very Caucasian group. But it's FOX in an election year, so no surprise. And it's not as if leaving the other hues for the rest of the shows could ever ever hurt them in any little way.

B. Haley, Hallie, Hollie?

C. We're losing more of the early focus people than usual.

I'll be surprised if it's not Colton.

And Deandre is a familiar name - glad he makes it this year.

With Colton, I think Idol is trying to manufacture their very own Melanie Amaro. 'You thought winning after not making the final cut was impressive? After we crushed his fragile spirit last year, ours wasn't even going to audition!'

Agrees. "We not only crushed his spirit, we forced him into auditioning and crushed his sister's spirit in doing so. Yay, us!"

Colton confirmed as in.

That converted WWE scriptwriter has been putting in overtime.

"Bad editing."

Based purely on the list, San Diego and Aspen were lost cities: we met no one we're going to be dealing with later -- not identified by name with some early time granted. Is the rest of the field loaded into the later auditions, or does the Agenda just have no idea what it's doing?
