The Top 7 performances were mediocre overall to me

1st - Melanie - Best of the night by a wide margin

2nd - Josh - Not his best in a tough theme for him but was still good

3rd - Marcus - By far his best performance in my opinion

4th - Drew - Really bored with the same EVERY week

5th - Chris - I just don't see much talent at all

6th - Rachel - Really bad tonight but I expect she is safe

7th - Astro - Just the same as every other week and should be gone

Overall

My top 3 are Josh, Melanie then huge drop and then Drew. If Josh or Melanie don't win I probably won't watch next season. Drew is 3rd by default, after that is mediocre at best for all the rest.

Bottom 3 should

Astro - gone by vote total
Chris - sings and is eliminated
Rachel - sings and is saved

Bottom 3 will

Astro - gone by vote total (if it isn't fixed that is)
Marcus - sings and is eliminated
Drew - sings and is saved

Keeping in mind that no one unleashed an MJ performance of any vintage and this was overall one of those nights where the network was begging Simon for a casting amnesty clause:

1. Melanie. Had a vague idea of what she was doing.
2. Josh. Nearly inaudible, which was an improvement over most of the field.
3. Astro. Did whatever it is he does while being the one person more uncaring about it than the Jackson kids.
4. Rachel. 40% of her best beats everyone below her at their maximum.
5. Chris. Week by week, is forcing the rest of us to take drugs.
6. Marcus. The performances would make people pray for salvation from them, but what if he's it?
7. Drew. "New on AMC: The Singing Dead."

Should:

Marcus (lowest total)
Drew (out as Simon's sacrifice)
Chris (temporarily saved)

Will:

Drew (lowest total on merit)
Marcus ("sings" and fails)
Rachel (scare fall, but stays in)

At this point in the show's ratings, the Worsters may make up 20% of the voting pool.

1. Melanie - although the accent that gets thicker and thicker is irritating me

2. Drew - I think she can sing

3. Chris - I may be the only one but I enjoyed the song

4. Josh - I'm blaming the sound guys for last night

5. Rachel - not sure what was going on but she was off

6. Marcus - if this was Idol he'd be called "pitchy" every week

Blanket-his face thruout the show exemplifies how we all feel!
Dangling from a balcony has it's advantages! ANd Prince's finger said it all too. Paris has the most beautiful eyes.

1. Astro-I still like this kid and I would love if he won over one of Simon's girls The only song choice I really liked too

2. Josh-not his best nite but still better than the rest by far

3. Melanie-meh she can sing I didn't like the song choice at ALL BTW, yes the accent is forced and irritating

4. Marcus-at least he was better than Gokey at PYT

5. Chris-If he isn't in bottom 3 tonite I don't understand this game of drones (heh)

6. Rachel-her worst performance but she will be safe. I still think without all the Simonizing she is cute as a button

7. Drew-ugh awful. Chris Cornell did it much better the first time and even David Cook was passable. This...was....awful
