I couldn't believe my eyes that Kendra was appointed Donald's Apprentice. She is extremely immature in regards to Tana when we take into consideration the amount of business exposure she has had. It seems that Tana's team was worse off than that of Kendra's and that in itself would have been Tana's downfall. Yes, I know that problems arise like this and you as a leader must manage it efficiently, BUT, having a team that is not responsive in that manner will see me acting exactly the same, because how I manage my Enterprise does reflect Tana's actions and I believe is successful because of that. As a result, my Marketing Enterprise is operating well-above determined expectations and can be seen as one of the most recognised Marketing Enterprise's in New Zealand.
