Just found this at MSN.com.

http://g.msn.com/0US!s5.31472_315529/23.b3923/4??cm=BBRight

It's a video of an interview with a guy from TV guide.

he talks about the cab ride to the next hotel. what's in the suitcase, the set - not suite!

the receptionist is really trumps receptionist.

This morning on Today Show I got to see audition tapes of the apprentice contestants. Love that move Kwame!

Think they will show more of that on Dateline tonight. Watch closely esp. Bowie's..

Keep in mind, this is the highest rated reality show that NBC has ever had. They are in new territory!

Director of Public Relations for GAWKUR!

Yup, beat Survivor but still second to American Idol. I don't think NBC is big on reality shows is it? All I can think of is Fear Factor and Average Joe... and few others

No real spoilers...

The last segment is talking to other execs on who they would pick:

Donny Deutsh (advertising-from show)

Bee Smith (restaurantuer)

Isaac (Jessie cant pronounce his name)-Likes Kwamen the most of 5

Mark (Mavericks owner)

Carson Daly

They liked amy too

Wary of hiring Bill hte Maverick (even Mark??)

Liked Kwame's resume and Bill's ability to cut thru the crap

2 votes for Kwame, 3 for Bill

Not much here either

All I can say is, Kat's boyfriend is HOT!

and I want Sam's waterfall bathtub

Issac said Kwame impressed him the most off camera. He's the only one that talked to him after and closed the deal. He said maybe Kwame knew he didn't have to do much with these clowns around him (other contestants) and could just let them eliminate themselves.

Best get along with others - Kwame
Best businessman I think is Bill

Can someone digress on this Isaac? He sounds familiar.....

He is a top designer from celebrity auction episode. The one Jessie had a hard time negotiating with ( and Oma couldn't spell his name lol)

He used to be a top designer, and still is.But mainly got bored with his job and decited upon to dress the real american woman which in reality are size 4 to 12 and now, desings clothes for Target. He appeared in Oprah.

I love his stuff! And, he has a great personality. He is always great. One of his best interviews was on the Conan O'Brian Show and he took Conan shopping.

I think Kwame has great business sense and people skills. Bill has a great business sense and instinct, but lacks the people skills.

I would Hire Kwame - But I think the Donald will go for Bill.

"Troy's sob story"

Troy's sob story is pretty inspirational. Evidently, he wanted to be like Donald Trump most of his life, and had to support his family as a young teenager. He'll probably do pretty well.

"Apprentice on Access Hollywood"
Posted by Bosco on 04-14-04 at 10:43 PM
A little off topic but I think I'll put it here instead of making a new topic because it's sorta spoiler

Access Hollywood: preview of the tomorrow night episode
Jessica turned up plus Nick as a bonus! They were in a hotel room while Oma turned up (presumably) tried to entertain them in a I-dont'-know-what-it's-called dress lol (black fluffy dress)

While her teammate tried to call her on walkie-talkie but she was nowhere near her purse.

Another trouble at breakfast. Troy was in charge but there was something like, he didn't give them specific time to serve Jessica. Oma came to rescue (could it be???) and in the preview the server said he'd cook something as quick as possible for Jessica.

At golf course, Katrina wasn't moving fast enough for Bill. Showed Kat's impersonation of Bill (same we saw in preview from last week episode).

Board room will be live.

Hmmm, so Kwame is separated from his wife because he is a womaniser...

And Ereka and Katrina audition tapes were loaded with body-showing business -- LOTS of cleavage, etc. So who was SURPRISED when they behaved in a sexual manner on the show? It's what got them on the show on the first place!!

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by Th3_Appr3ntic3 on 04-14-04 at 11:19 PM
Pepito - I know I was crushed to hear that Kwame was a bit of a womanizer. How did he put it?

My chasing shirt days aren't over yet.

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by frodo on 04-14-04 at 11:28 PM
That might cost Wwame the job regardless of his performance.

Bill looks like he'll get the win in a pretty straightforward manner, since he has no resistance.

the only thing that might make a difference is that businesspeople are notoriously afraid of entrepreneurs. They fear that energy, so the button-down types like Kwame tend to occupy corporate space. Troy got fired for that very reason.

C'mon! like DT is not a womanizer

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by thetick on 04-15-04 at 01:11 AM
yeah, when I saw that womanizer, skirt chaser line, it's so out of character for Kwame that I immediately concluded that he had included that for specific tactical reason of kissing up to Donald's big white heiney

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by demandinggirl on 04-15-04 at 01:08 AM
You know what Kwame is a womanizer! DT himself say he was after his very horny girlfriend. I think that Amy and Katrina say something about him to. Saying that he flirtted with ALL the lady's. Even Carolyn. Guess what???? even so they all like him ok.

You didn't mean his 2 ex-wives did you?

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by CantStandToLook on 04-15-04 at 08:52 AM
I was surprised that Kwame said that he wasn't done chasing skirts...BUT...when you think about it...what can you say about a man that admits his flaws and ends a marriage that obviously would have been doomed to cheating if he stayed. Even in coming out with a statement that definitely would put a lot of women off....he still shows that he was thinking with his Big Head...and not his Little Head. Instead of cheating...he ended the marriage.

Kwames my pick.

So CSTL, what's the story with the dark side? I thought the reception was a little strange? With one exception, I don't think that I acted unreasonably? Yes/no?

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by CantStandToLook on 04-15-04 at 11:30 AM
Hey Subbie...
Sorry things went so horribly wrong yesterday on the dark side. However these things are better discussed in PM. Remember that red wavvy flag I told you about?

You are still welcome there...it will take people a while to get past yesterday's mess but it's all about fun...even with those that seem to be picking a fight. No one really picks a fight over there..we all just enjoy witty sparring. Read Landru's summary again and you'll see what I mean.

You know, I appreciate your advice and your friendship, but I did'nt get your comment about a red flag (PM) the last time and I still don't understand what you're talking about? I assume that it's the doorway to a private chat room but Subman very tired, had power turned off yesterday-still not able to see the light? Held hand yesterday when crossing street-seemed to help? Not gonna cut it this time. Heave me upon shoulder-carry me to the light. Piece of cake. Please help. Also, Landru's summary? I spent 10 hours yesterday reading/responding to 200+ messages. Subman not sure how this conducive to sliding into the forum in low key manner as people advised. The more I responded to posts(out of courtesy), the more people told me to back off and chill. Does this make any sense to you-not to me?

"RE: Dateline Wednesday = Behind the Apprentice"
Posted by CantStandToLook on 04-15-04 at 04:28 PM
lol...the Red Flag is the term they use around her for Private Messages. If you goto the lobby...basically it puts you there when you first login...there is an icon called Inbox. This is where you will find your pm's and there's a good chance you have several from people either wishing you well (with regards to OT) or trying to fill you in on how things work over there.

I know you're not worried about OT but give it a chance. Let the two orginal threads die and when you see something new thats funny pop up...just jump in.

The weird thing was the way they edited the two for dateline.

They have Kwame seeming alot like trump with high ambitions
Bill as one who seemingly needs this oppurtunity more

Congragulations to the apprentice Mr Kwame Jackson

Kwame needs this opportunity no less than Bill. Remember he quit the job at Goldman Sachs just to be on this show. And accoridng to DT(on Dennis Miller) "That's a big statement."

I think Bill just seems more nervous that's all

DT on Today Show this morning "Kwame is low key, but believe me, he's very driven"
