*HUGS ALL OF SB* I am finally safely home everyone. I can't even BEGIN to tell you what my day was like... the things I have seen.. I am still crying as I type this.. but I wanted to let you all know I am home in PA, and I love you ALL for worrying about me. A big hug to Jizzy for being my link to you all.... right down to the phone card to call with.. *HUGS Jizzy* I love you guys!! Itz, Moon, and GG.. SO glad you guys are ok! I was thinking about you all as I witnessed the chaos, hoping you were all ok..Damn! It's good to be home. *hugs everyone again*

Had me worried there for awhile this morning, Kira!!! Your first trip to the Big Apple, and then to have this happen. I am glad you are home safely. *sigh*

OH YES! Now that I'm sure Vampy, Lisa and GG are all OK maybe my stomach will quit doing flip-flops.

Dang girl ya sure had me worried!! Getting out of NY and back to PA must have been a horrid experience.

Big Hug & Kiss....and I hope at least the Monday nite concert was a great time!

Just wanted to reply to this briefly.. (yeah right) to tell you all thank you again, and you all mean the world to me. *hug*

D... we almost DIDN'T get out... We left the hotel and asked the Valet for our truck, and he said.. "you not go anywhere.. NY closed.. planes drop from sky".. and I was like.. WTF?? This guy spoke terribly broken English. I finally found someone to tell me what was going on.. then I noticed the people.. running.. some crying.. and then as I stood there.. the second plane crashed into the second tower.. and I didn't hear or see it.. but the streets changed then.. big time. Mr. Vamps told him to get our $#%^! truck.. that the hell we weren't leaving...and we got it and tried bridge after bridge.. and they were all closed.. we drove clear up the Hudson until we reached the Tappan Zee Bridge... we crossed it.. thank GOD.. and then no sooner did we, than they closed it too..The next 6 or 7 hours were spent listening to the radio.. crying.. and praying.. *sighs* So glad to be home..*hugs everyone again for the millionth time it seems*

That's an amazing story, vamp... so glad you two were able to just make it out of town in the nick of time. It must have been a difficult drive home to try to focus on the roads while all the stuff is coming out on the radio.

We (Babs and I) are just glad to know that you are ok and you know that all of us will always be here if you want to vent on your experience or anything like that.

That all of this happened right before our eyes is just unfathomable to comprehend. We need to be strong and show our resolve to bounce back from this and make a stronger world.

Oh, Christ!!! Vampy honey, you have no idea how close you guys were to getting stuck here! If you were standing there when the second plane went into the tower, you're lucky you got out - thank goodness for Mr. Vamps insisting on your truck and knowing his way around well enough to get out of town! *HUGS!!!*
