#1- I don't get cable and it's on Fox I believe, I only get CBS.

#2- Too busy too watch TV on any kind of regular basis, the only thing I am hooked on is Survivor, I couldn't imagine being obsessed with other shows

That's it, I can't think of anything but two reasons

No, it's on regular, but as stated above, I only get CBS. It's mostly clear without fiddling with the antennae every second. Since I don't watch a whole lot of TV, I set it for the best reception for CBS and can't get anything else, and I can live with that.

Weird! I thought I was the only one who wasn't wired. My lovely bride and I cut our cable when were still newlyweds b/c it just made couch potatoes out of us and we were so broke we needed to be out working.

We get ABC and CBS (when the weather is right). But it's no big deal, as Survivor is the only thing we watch anyway except sports and the local news.

There's lots of people who don't have cable for that same reason. My aunt and uncle don't have a television set at all. Every few years, they get one, get hooked on it, realize they need to stop watching so much and get ride of it again. Actually, I think now they haven't had a tv since Seinfeld ended.

No cable at the Pinky house. We sat and watched sports (and movies and, and, and) and got puffier potatos for our couch. Out with the cable. We've been happily unwired for about 6 years.

We didn't have cable for 9 years when we lived in Baltimore, because we could receive 14 channels with a rotor and roof antenna. Now we live in Frederick, and have cable, but we plan on trying the roof antenna/rotor again because we could save the money for something else.

I can receive a few channels here on my small black and white television, so I think we can probably switch to the antenna. When we moved into an apartment here, we could not receive any channels at all, but it's different here at the house.

Much as I love the concept, Simple Life could just as well have been a two hour special. The rerunning of all the episodes all the time has soured me a bit on that show.

May be coming East within a few weeks with Sneetch...if I can get away we might tip a few...

I'll load a pic later..dont have any here at work with me. He's one of those misunderstood American Pit Bull Terriers..I saw the few skits they did on them on SNL last week. Morphine is just a puppy but looks like he's gonna be a lap dog..loves to sit in our lap and lick our faces.

They're legal but like all other things..the actions of a few spoil the whole bunch. They've got a bad rap but it depends on the owners how they turn out. Ours will be a wimp..hehe.

I was in the worrisome crowd too but now that we've had him for a few weeks I've changed my tune.

Thanks...I love my boys...I'm adapting to the puppy but isn't he the cutest thing. He plays very well with the kids too. This week he finally got over his fear of the steps and now he'll run up and down them at will. Before he would go up but was afraid to come down..lol.

long story short...these are my boys..just not biologically..so nope..not married..never been.

Funny you asked...technically we'll say he's her dog. But I call him Morpheus sometimes...which I think is a much cooler name for him. She get pissy if we call him anything other than exactly Morphine though.
