Hey guysI just wanted to say thanks for your help. I tried the things you suggested, and spent some time digging through the website that was provided. Good stuff all, but no luck.
Yesterday I called Dell tech support, and after about an hour the guy suggested I try chaning an IE setting.
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced / and then uncheck:
Enable third-party browser extensions
I have no idea what this does, or why one would ever want it checked, but unchecking it has worked for me.
