The best way to contact the moderators about a thread is to hit the alert button that's at the bottom of the post. That way, all of the moderators can see it - you're more likely to get prompt action that way.

BTW, I did get your email, but I can't take credit for the lock - one of my fellow mods beat me to it.

Thank you, but that's not obvious. I looked for an email link, did not find one, so I posted and was scolded like a child. Not good.
