Lauder votes for Whitlow, but then takes Hutak once voted out?!?!?!?!?!

FIX!!!

The previews for next week look good, though. Looks like some of these dirty nasty LEGS are gonna crack.

Yaney: Kudos to him for getting that mission done! But he shouldn't have named names to the D.I. He should've just said "I'm the squad leader. It's on me."

Way too much buildup on that little bit of crap.

I think Lauder thought he was voting with the guys against Whitlow. They couldn't tell him they were voting for him. So he asks and they say Whitlow. He gets voted out and decides to take the person that irritated him the most personally. That was Hutak.

Lauder didn't vote for Whitlow. Yaney did. Lauder voted for Jackson, then took Hutak (my alternate vote would have been correct if he'd taken Jackson).

Exactly, he votes for JACKSON -- which makes no sense why he took Hutak.

...he had already broken with the men -- and Yaney -- by voting Jackson.

...so why he suddenly decided to take Hutak doesn't make any sense.

Whitlow/Jackson - whatever. Obviously someone told Lauder they were voting for that person. But once Lauder was out he took who he wanted. Maybe he voted for Jackson because he assumed Jackson would never take him out with him. Maybe it was Hutak that told Lauder to vote for Jackson.

It's not "whatever" -- who he voted for and why he voted is what the whole key to speculating and spoiling this show is all about.

...obviously it wasn't one of the men that told him to vote for Jackson. Either he thought he was part of the Estrogen Alliance (just like Meyer the week before) and had been told they were targeting Jackson, or he was just honestly voting with his feeling.

...if it's the former, then a Hutak take out might make sense (after being booted he was able to express his own feelings) but it was the later, then the switch to Hutak makes no sense.

Two interesting observations:

1) Yaney voted on his own
2) Lauder didn't take out Brown like all the men had "agreed"

It was the men who told Lauder that if he was voted out he should take Brown and so would they. But we saw that the men were planning to vote out Lauder and just wanted to make sure he would take Brown. The men seem scared that Brown will take one of them if voted.

Lauder then talked to the women and seemed to want to vote with them. But he did mention not liking how Hutak was bossy. So the women could have told Lauder they were voting Jackson and Lauder went along. Now when he was voted out he must have realized he had been lied to. Since he didn't like Hutak and she was bossy he may think she was behind the idea for the women to vote him out. So he took her. He still seemed to like Wolfie so he didn't take him.

I am just surprised the women voted against Lauder. They seemed to like him and trust him. But they may have thought he was suffering physically and he wouldn't take them with him.

Lauder didn't vote for jackson expecting that the guy would get kicked out, he did it because he knew that nobody wants jackson out.

He simply made a "blank" vote. Which I think was the strategy on the guys side. They didn't want to vote anyone out, but wait to see which of them the girls would kick out and then get back at Brown.

It's clear that the girls will always vote for the same guy. It's to their advantage to take out the strong guys first because they won't stand a chance at the end of the show if they have to face Wolf, Jackson or Moretti.

The guys didn't really want Lauder out and probably expected the 5 b!tches to vote for wolf.

You're right, Loree. The guys wanted Lauder to take out Recruit Brown, but he didn't. Lauder could barely speak at his farewell "speech", and he was the first person gone so far (except Thomson medically) who appeared to be upset and betrayed (Park didn't show emotion and might have expected what happened to him).

I'm just looking forward to next week. Let's see what the DIs do when CHALLENGED!
