i think Sayed told charlie about the drugs and stopped at the plane on purpose because he wants charlie to get hooked again. Some sort of revenge thing for charlie hitting him.

I don't really see that. Besides, does anyone besides Locke know about Charlie's addiction?

it doesnt make sense..(to me) Sayed was worried charlie would collapse but only rests for enough time to tell him about the drugs and then tells him its time to keep going... Also as we've seen keeping secrets on the island never seems to work even the gut that blew up new what was going on.. so I think Sayed has some plans of his own..anyway just a guess...

Jack talked to Charlie about his addiction. Other than him and Locke, don't know if anyone else suspected.
