yeah, i sure do agree. these upcoming fights should be interesting. i know i've posted this like 15 times, but I still need info on the co-main event fight. does anyone know what's going on for sure? i heard they fight at 5, so on the east coast it would make it live (part of the finale),but I'm not sure. wonder where Peeta and Sergio are? Showed Manfredo Sr in Fraza's corner during and after the fight!

Actually Brent landed alot more jabs than Fraza judges score by things other than power punches.

Did anyone hear the same thing I did about the co-main event fight? I wish we all had AOL IM, it would be a lot easier to chat. For anyone that lives on the West Coast, what's the odds on the betting for the final fight tonight? Does anyone really think that Peeta can lose to Sergio? I'm not asking and trying to be a smart a%%, I am seriously wanting to know others opinions. I am a HUGE fan of Peeta's and his family, and I really don't see him losing to Sergio. Sergio may be a little quicker but everyone that gets beat by Manfredo has said the same thing.....he sure does hit hard! Go MANFREDO best of luck, do you thing!

This is great.

Ishe is absolutely demolishing Tony. Ishe looks really good here.

Work...always getting in the way.

It was very ugly. Ishe really dominated from start to finish. Ishe looked to be extremely ready for this fight. It is nice to see that they changed the matches for today.

All three scored the match 49-43 by unanimous decision, Ishe wins!!!

What the heck was Anthony doing there? Did he think he was in a wrestling match? At one point I thought he was going to pile drive Ishe!

Not that bad...he won by unanimous decision, but nothing big happened like I had hoped for. Like I said in another posting, we all got spoiled by watching the show (with it being edited and only showing highlights). I am anxious to see the next one too. Still waiting to hear from anyone who knows about the co-main event fight!

I don't know, when Ishe hit Tony in the mouth and blood was oozing from his lips, it looked pretty bad there at the end. But you are right, for the most part it was nothing too extravagant. Ishe just outboxed Tony from start to finish.

Let's just say that standing up and losing 5 rounds would give a boxer 45 points (using 10-9 scoring each round). Anthony ended the fight with 43 points. He actually won 1 round (got 10 points for that) but then had 3 points taken away. One of the commentators said it was a fighter vs a boxer. Anthony may be #1 dad (or not, Ishe had a hat too!), but he is no boxer. Anything more than 5 rounds and it would have been a knockout win for Ishe. Ishe had him set up, but then decided that the knockout had to come via a punch to the head. If he had used a few of those ending punches to the midsection then I think he might have finished with the KO.

I hope the other fights are better. This didn't seem like a pro fight. At least not Anthony.

anyone know how much each fighter was guaranteed, then what did the winner get as a bonus? thought it was weird seeing Ahmed and his girl sitting with Ishes' family after all the probs they had on the show!

he really didn't have what it takes to be there in the first place. Talk about testing the limits, sheesh! He really is the slimeball I thought he was. I know boxing has a sneaky things going on, but to blatantly ignore rules such as pushing, picking someone up & hitting in the back of the head. He treated this whole thing like a friggin' joke!!!


I'm so glad Ishe kicked the crap out of him!!! What a loser.

Now, I know I don't know alot about boxing, but I didn't think this would be that bad of a fight. How much willthese two boxers get? Then how much do they get if they win? I'm STILL waiting to hear about the bronze match. I find it crazy that Yahoo hasn't posted anything on that fight yet.

I tend to agree with you that this seems to me to be a decent matchup if nothing else. I also am not an avid boxing fan, though, so I could be wrong. But I think these two seems to have something to prove and should have each won their respective fights. That could easily make for a decent matchup, in my opinion.

I think Jimmy will take it myself. Only because Tarick had no business losing to Juan. If Tarick couldn't stop that flailing how is he going to stop coordinated attacks?

I really have no idea though. Jimmy hung in there with Joey, and believe it or not, joeys young and needs more training but he has the determination to say the least.

Yeah, Tarick did look really sloppy when he fought Juan didn't he? If he tries that technique again, I don't hold out much hope for him.

Tarrick is horrible. Jimmy Lange will pulverize him in the end.

I agree with that. This is definitely slow.

Jimmy looks horrible to me. I think I would have Tarrick ahead right now, and that surprises me. I expected Jimmy to be able to win this. Who knows what will happen from here, but this is ugly.

This fight sucks. The crowd doesn't even care, Ishe's done so the excitement is over. The crowd was wild for the first 2 matches and now it's like they're taking a nap.

It was his wife and I'd be complaining alot too. Even Sugar Ray and Sly said it was way closer than that and they Jimmy prolly won cause Tarick got that point taken away! Tarick got screwed! Weird that Jimmy's wife didn't even come in the ring, she just handed him the boys!

Well, glad it is all over with, can't wait to watch the next two fights. Since they aren't showing the bronze fight now, I'm assuming that they are going to show it tonight? And since Yahoo has NOTHING on there and no one else seems to know what the deal is......I'm going to assume I'm right. Manfredo baby.......in Vegas, all the way!

I'm so disappointed with Tarick! Worked so hard to get one more comeback (fan favorites) -- and then it just looked like he was WINDED! Come on now, he had time to get in shape! Guess it's like what Al Trautwig said: back to real estate for Tarick.

Tonight? Well, Tommy says his hunch is that Sergio wants it more... for some reason, I think so too. I think Sergio will win -- but I WANT Peter to win.
