Only 2 more episodes to go. Here's all the info I have.

Jack discovers that the remaining 11 vials containing the virus are to be released within the hour. Meanwhile, Sherry makes a play to be Mrs. David Palmer once again. Source: FOX

Jack argues for Tony, who's taken into custody; an implacable Saunders tells the time of the next attacks; Wayne and Foxton have differences on their operation as time runs out, and afterward. Jane: Alexandra Lydon. Foxton: Mark Rolston. Julia: Gina Torres. Saunders: Paul Blackthorne. Hammond: Randle Mell. Wayne: DB Woodside. Sherry: Penny Johnson Jerald. Chloe: Mary Lynn Rajskub. Source: TV Guide Online

At CTU, actually inside of Tony's office, Brad Hammond will inform Michelle that Tony will be charged with treason. Source: Ryan's Report

possible spoilers (hidden text):

Tony: Prison, here we come! Chase: takes a bullet in the finale. Michelle: Already looking forward to conjugal visits. Sherry: will never die, nor will she pay for her sins. Except this season. Julia: will find a gun in the pre-finale hour. She'll put that gun to good (sort of) use. Twice, in fact. Source: TDT

But will Jack be able to kick that terrible Heroin habit he has?

Oh, wait, the writers forgot about that didn't they?

I predict we'll see Jack on an episode of "Medical Miracles" soon. World's fastest recovery from heroin addiction.

I won't believe she's dead until someone drives a wooden stake through what passes for her heart.

Wait a minute.
This got really bad last night.
First of all, the presidents ex drives somewhere in LA to meet him, meets with him, then drives back home in less that 40 minutes. I have heard that LA has some of the worst traffic in the country. I live in a place with bad traffic, but I don't think it is nearly as bad as LA, and there isn't any way you could drive a couple of miles down the street to a park and meet someone and drive back in that amount of time.....Stupid.

Also the rounding up of 10 of the 11 other vials in a matter of about 35 minutes. Come on? Are we to believe that in a matter of minutes they coordinated 10 SWAT teams(whatever they call them at CTU)in the ten largest cities, dispatched them to locations and disarmed the perpetrators. Again, there seems to be no travel time. Or how about at the end when right before they went onto the subway, Jack calls for 3 teams of plains clothed officers. Then they magically show up minutes later....It totally blows the premiss out of this show. Which is everything is happening in real time.

Next week on 24.
Jack discovers that WCH is pointing out flaws in his show and puts a bullet in his head. Therefore making WCH one happy man.

24 is jumping the shark.

So it wasn't the cold medicine I took last night? The show was all over last night and not keeping in real time?

When I see Chloe all I can think is "hey you were the used to be fat girl on Sweet Home Alabama."

I suppose it is feasible, that having the GPS locations of the vials, they could find the men in 30 minutes. With that said, I agree, considering I find it hard to believe that they could get a SWAT/Haz-Mat/whatever team together in less than 30 minutes in all 10 cities, get all of them out to where the guy is from wherever they are. It seems very...well...badly planned. But we do need Jack facing a villain of sorts in the last episode, and they said the bombs would go off at 12, so they had time constraints to cheat their way into.

But good eye on the time issue.

WCH - the level of "time travel" discrepencies continue to mount up. I think I've come to the point where I'll be happy that if they bring the show back in the fall they need to change "real time" to realistic time. I spend to much time thinking the thoughts you're expressing when I'd rather focus on the show. I'm guessing trying to stay in this format and shoving events in is pretty difficult for the writers - also, if they were to stay with real "real time" then we'd be sitting as viewers watching a lot of driving around and gathering of swat teams, etc.

And, I'm also going to be glad for the season to come to an end. It's about played out for this story line.

I thought when Sherry was shot that maybe she'd survive, but the preview doesn't seem to say that. Maybe we need the same person who must have laid hands on Jack to cure him of addiction to lay hands on her to resurrect her - hate to see her go, but, at the same time, I've begun to see horns growing out of her head and a pointy tail growing out her backside - in fact, I was surprised to not see one there when they found the pill bottle.

Choloe....could be worse than Kim for annoyance, though she is efficient and knows what she's doing.

Tony...you're surprised by 20 years?

Is Jack becomming next season's Saunders - especially if Tony goes to prison? A bit of bitterness seems to be creeping in. I can see next season now. Jack takes pictures of mistreatement of prisoners in US prisons - a treaonous act. Chase is assigned to take out Jack. Jack kidnaps his grandchild and holds him hostage to get Chase to turn. Kim offers to trade places with child. Jack refuses as he knows no one cares whether Kim lives or dies. In the last hour, Jack changes his mind and kills the new truculant CTU head whom everyone hates anyway and who is actually the mastermind behind it all and Jack takes over at CTU for the following season since he's not charged with treason even though he killed 149 CTU agents in the first 23 hours of the show.

But hey, I still love this show!

Oh come on, if I didn't want to stretch my imagination and watch things that couldn't really happen in real life, I'd stick to reality shows.

oops

I know, a bit of a rant.....of course it would be a little boring watching in real/real time.
But they could fix that by having a little more happen. What if a couple of the vials had gotten out and we had CTU agents and hasmat guys trying to stop the spread while Jack persued the bad guy. Couldn;t we have started the out break hours ago and kept some of the other things in perspective....

Plus, wouldn't an out break killing a few million people add a little zip to the show.

Just saying.

Bebo, if you really want reality, how about Soozin Hawk Shaving her back....now thats reality.

Speaking of vials getting out. We had a bunch of people exposed because of the guy that got out of the hotel. Was that little thresd ever run out? I don't recall it being completed. We had the potential of hundreds or thousands of people being exposed. Or was this like Jack's addiction - ignore it long enough and it magically disappears!

They tracked the guy that got out of the hotel and quaranteened everyone he was in contact with. One of those people was Adam's sister who was exposed to the virus.
