it let me vote more then the 3 allowed votes per e-mail, so i was able to vote, from the same e-mail over 15 times and could have kept going but i was getting bored with it

did this happnen to anyone else who voted on the internet last night?

they alloow you tovote from that email address as many times as you want but they only count your first three votes.
its somewhere in the fine print I remember reading about
