What is it to him if Tim and Nicole fall in love, elope and have a baby during this season's filming??

He is just going on and on about how their affections just really screw it up for everyone-sounds like sour grapes to me, Frank! What's wrong, Frankie? Upset that Nicole chose Tim over loud-mouth, cigar-smoking Frank??? HUH???

How would their relationship effect his role, and/or his team's role in this game in any way at all, especially now that Nicole is on the opposite team? And what's the big deal if Tim IS giving Nicole trade secrets?? Isn't that what the other team did to Pakistanian dude with big eyes??

So what?? No different than going up to other team's customers and stealing them right out from under their noses, is it, huh???

That was Frank's best confessional of the season. He is typically full of it, but he was comically right on the money there. He was questioning where Tim's allegiance lies, and he was right to do so. This is The Apprentice not The Bachelor. Even Tim himself admitted that what he was doing was stupid. Frank was just being more dramatic about it.

I understand his beef. James had to get rid of someone. It turned out to be Nicole. Even though Frank, Tim and Nicole were talking with each other alone shortly before Nicole got released by Arrow, Frank saw it as just a game. His ‘friend’ was going to the other team. Frank was able to see it as just a game while Tim dwelled on it. Frank could see that even though Nicole is his friend…the show must go on. He probably also saw that Nicole was the weakest member on the team. Tim was so blinded by his love that he was letting it get in his mind…..and thus probably hurt his performance and most of all (to Frank) his teams performance. I get the opinion Tim will go home this week.

Frank loves attention.

He has noticed that Trump gives Tim and Nicole alot of attention.

So Frank's way of getting noticed is to talk LOUDLY about Tim and Nicole. Thereby getting some of that attention himself.
