Here go hell come!

A&E has ordered seven one-hour episodes of “Flipped” from Departure Films, it was announced today by David McKillop, Executive Vice President, Programming, A&E Network and BIO Channel. The series follows “Survivor” Russell Hantz, a “flipper” himself, along with his family, around the Houston area as they try to buy low, renovate cheap and sell high. The series is slated to air in late 2011.

Not the first time that network has done shows based on the industry of those that try to 'flip' houses from cheap purchases to more expensive renovated houses...

At the very least, it could be good for a laugh to see Karma continue to bite him in the a$$...

He originally claimed to be in oil and a millionaire. Now he's flipping houses. So the most logical reason to change profession would be a major failure at the prior one.

*looks at oil prices*

Or he's just giving up the surest ridiculous profit margin on the planet in order to conquer the shakiest market in America based on the power of his ego. After all, why would anyone want to make money without effort?

Is the title meant to be ironic? Are there that many houses in Houston located under bridges? Is this the Hollywood stardom he swore he'd achieve? Can he do this and go to the South Pacific at the same time?

These questions and many more will not even remotely be answered by me. Because I don't care.

Living in a house renovated by RussHell is like reusing a needle tested on Charlie Sheen. Either way, your obituary will decide it's the way you wanted to go.

The question is going to be how many people want to be on TV bad enough to not walk right out the door after asking who did the remodeling.

As opposed to being on TV so you can walk out?

He has his fans (gawds help us all). It doesn't guarantee they'll be the ones he runs into.
