Like most of you I never agree with the final results. Talent will only get you so far in these "contests"

Yes, of course you are right. This is what makes shows like this SUCK. Why don't they just get some (competent) judges and let the judges judge. Do the producers really think less people will watch if they can't vote? I don't think so.

I wouldn't watch if it were purely decided by the judges and I don't vote. Then we'd just have Willa versus Mario in the finals and Emmitt would have been gone very early. The human votes make it more exciting to me, since I disagree with the judges sometimes.

Remember, too, that this show is in fact NOT a reality show;
it is scripted. The judges are playing a character to an extent.
"Acting," if you will.

If this were truly reality, the producers wouldn't be able to find
competent judges who would waste their time "judging" amateur
dancers. And TV watchers would have no idea what they were talking about.

definitely, that's why Emmitt has never been in the bottom.
Based on that he just could win this thing.
I plan to erase all favorites from my sight on Tuesday and just
vote based on who dances best that night but I'm only one person.

I voted for Mario all the way through, even though I never saw him on TV(except DWS )based on his dancing ability.
I hope more voters will have the same strategy.
